Sino Hotels Dining Vouchers – FAQs

HeyMax members can get dining vouchers worth HKD 100–200, usable at six restaurants across three Sino Group hotels in Hong Kong. Each voucher is a QR code in the HeyMax app that restaurant staff scan when you pay.

Quantities are limited and offered while stocks last.

What do I get? HKD 200 off your bill at Lighthouse Cafe, Jade or Lighthouse Lounge in The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong.

Do I need to book? Yes. Advance reservation is required by phone (+852 2166 7408) or email ([email protected]). Mention your voucher when you book. Bookings made through other channels will not be honoured.

Can I use more than one voucher per visit? Yes, multiple eVouchers can be stacked on one visit.

Does it cover the service charge? No. The 10% service charge is calculated on the original bill before the voucher.

Can I use it for takeaway, events or banquets? No. It is for dine-in leisure dining only, not private events, banquets or commercial use.

What do I get? HKD 100 off food and beverage at Pierside Bar & Restaurant, Royal Pacific Hotel.

Can I use it for takeaway? Yes, on selected takeaway and festive products at their public prices.

Can I use more than one coupon per bill? Yes, multiple coupons can be used to settle one bill.

What do I get? HKD 100 off regular-priced restaurant items at Cafe Lagoon or Yuè, Hong Kong Gold Coast Hotel.

Can I use it for takeaway? Yes, on designated takeaway and regular-priced festive products.

How many can I get? Up to 10 per member, and you can use several on one bill.

When can I get it? Available to claim from 12 Oct 2026 to 11 Aug 2027.

Where do I find my voucher? Once you get it, the voucher and its QR code appear in the HeyMax app.

How do I redeem it? Show the voucher QR code to restaurant staff when you settle the bill. Staff scan it to apply the discount. The QR code must be shown to redeem.

Can I use a QR code twice? No. Each QR code works once only.

How long is my voucher valid? 9 months from the date it is issued to you. Expired vouchers are not accepted or extended.

Can I give my voucher to someone else? Fullerton vouchers are non-transferable. For all vouchers, keep your QR code private, as lost or shared codes cannot be replaced.

Can I combine it with other offers? No. Vouchers cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, member privileges or frequent flyer programmes.

Can I get cash or a refund? No. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, in part or in full.

Where can't I use it? Banquets and private events are excluded at all three hotels. At Royal Pacific and Gold Coast, ticketed events are also excluded and coupons apply to regular-priced items only.

What if I lose my voucher? Lost, stolen, damaged or expired vouchers cannot be reissued, replaced or refunded.

Who decides in a dispute? Each hotel reserves the right of final decision, and The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel may change or end its offer without notice.

My voucher didn't work at the restaurant. What should I do? Go to My Profile > Contact Support in the HeyMax app and raise a ticket. Include the voucher name, the hotel and restaurant, the date and time you tried to use it, and a screenshot of any error. Our team will investigate with the hotel and get back to you.
