1. What is Trip Organiser?

Trip Organiser helps you keep all your flight details in one place inside HeyMax.

Instead of checking emails, airline apps, or calendars, you can rely on HeyMax as your source of information for your upcoming flights.

Trip Organiser is designed for frequent travellers, especially if you:

  • Travel multiple times a year

  • Book flights across different airlines or platforms

  • Want quick access to flight details on the go

2. What flight details can I see in Trip Organiser?

Depending on rollout phase, you may see:

  • Airline name & flight number

  • Departure & arrival airports

  • Departure & arrival terminals

  • Flight times

  • Booking reference (if available)

  • Boarding gate*

  • Baggage belt information*

*Some details (like gates or baggage belts) only appear closer to departure and may not be available for every flight.

3. How do I add a flight to HeyMax?

There are a few ways to add your flight to HeyMax:

  1. Upload your booking receipt by clicking on the “+” button on the Trip Organiser

  2. Forward your flight booking email to the unique email address provided in Trip Organiser

  3. If you booked your flight on Trip.com via the HeyMax app, your flight will be automatically added to Trip Organiser.

  4. If you redeemed a flight via FlyAnywhere, your flight will be automatically added to Trip Organiser.

4. Where does HeyMax get flight information from?

HeyMax partners with AirLabs, a flight status and aviation data provider, to fetch real-time flight information using your flight number and date, instead of relying only on booking emails or receipts.

5. Is the flight information always accurate?

HeyMax aims to provide highly reliable, real-time data, but flight information ultimately depends on what airlines and airports publish.

For critical decisions (e.g. boarding time), always follow official airline announcements at the airport.

6. What should I do if my flight info looks wrong?

  • If something looks incorrect:

    1. Refresh the Trip Organiser page

    2. Check if the flight has recently changed

    3. If you believe the information is truly incorrect, you may click the “Edit trip information” button to edit it manually.

7. Is Trip Organiser available outside Singapore?

For now, Trip Organiser is only available in Singapore first, with other markets planned later.
