Transferring Max Miles to direct partners

What is this feature?
You can transfer your Max Miles directly to selected partner loyalty programs. These miles or points can then be used for flights, hotels, and other rewards through your chosen partner’s program.

How does the transfer work?
Once you initiate a transfer, your Max Miles will be converted into your chosen partner’s loyalty currency. Transfers are typically processed within 1 business day, and there are no transfer fees.

What do I need to get started?
You need three things:

  1. A valid membership account with the partner loyalty program.

  2. At least 1,000 Max Miles in your HeyMax account.

  3. A verified HeyMax account.

How do I transfer my Max Miles?
Open your HeyMax app and go to “Redeem”, then select “Transfer Miles.” Choose your preferred partner program from the list, enter your membership number, choose how many Max Miles to transfer (minimum 1,000), review the details, and confirm your transfer.

Can I link multiple partner accounts?
No. You can only link one account per partner program to your HeyMax account. Once linked, you cannot unlink it or switch to a different account.

Can I transfer to someone else’s loyalty account?
No. You can only transfer Max Miles to your own partner program account.

What is the minimum transfer amount?
The minimum transfer amount is 1,000 Max Miles.

What is the maximum transfer amount?
You can transfer up to your available Max Miles balance. There are no daily or monthly limits beyond what you have in your account.

Can I cancel or change a transfer once I’ve confirmed it?
No. Transfers are final once confirmed and cannot be reversed or refunded. Please review all details carefully before confirming.

What happens after I transfer?
Your Max Miles are deducted immediately from your HeyMax account. The partner loyalty points will appear in your account within 1 business day. You can track your transfer status in your HeyMax transaction history.

What if my transfer fails?
If your transfer doesn’t go through, it could be due to an incorrect membership number, temporary system issues, or account verification problems. Wait a few minutes and try again, or contact HeyMax support if the problem continues.

What if I need to verify my account?
If you haven’t verified your account (KYC), you’ll be prompted to do so before making a transfer. Verification typically involves confirming your phone number and other personal details.

Where can I get help if I have issues?
You can check your transaction history in the HeyMax app to track transfers. If you face issues, contact HeyMax support. For help managing your partner loyalty account, please reach out directly to the partner program.

Will I get confirmation of my transfer?
Yes. You’ll receive a confirmation message in the HeyMax app once your transfer is processed. The confirmation will include your transaction ID and remind you when the transfer will appear in your partner loyalty account.

How do I track my transfer status?
Go to your transaction history in the HeyMax app and look for entries under “Transfer Miles.” You can also contact HeyMax support if you encounter issues.
