All transfers are 1 : 1 (1 Max Mile = 1 partner point or mile) unless a different ratio is shown in brackets.

How transfers work
How do I transfer my Max Miles?
Open the HeyMax app and go to Redeem, then select Transfer Miles.
Choose your partner program from the list
Enter your loyalty membership number
Enter the amount of Max Miles to transfer (minimum 1,000)
Review the conversion rate and details, then confirm
What are the conversion rates?
Ratios are shown next to the partner name above when they differ from 1 : 1. Always check the in-app partner page to confirm the exact rate before transferring.
Limits and requirements
What is the minimum transfer amount?
1,000 Max Miles per transfer. You also need a verified HeyMax account and an active membership with the partner program, in your own name.
Can I cancel a transfer after confirming?
No. Transfers are final once confirmed and cannot be reversed or refunded. Double-check your membership number before confirming.

Troubleshooting
What if my transfer fails?
Failures are usually caused by an incorrect membership number, a name mismatch between your HeyMax and partner accounts, or a temporary system issue. Your Max Miles are not deducted when a transfer fails. Double-check your details and try again.
Where can I get help?
Contact HeyMax support via the chat in the app with your transaction ID and the partner program name. Do not contact the partner program directly, as HeyMax processes transfers on your behalf.
