1. How does this feature work?
You can now earn Max Miles when you book restaurants in Japan through our partner, TakeMe, when you go through the HeyMax app.
2. How do I make a booking?
On the TakeMe page, click "Make a reservation on TakeMe".
You'll be redirected to TakeMe's webpage where you can browse restaurant options.
Select a restaurant and menu items, then checkout.
Remember to use your HeyMax-registered email address on checkout to ensure that you earn Max Miles.
3. How many Max Miles can I earn?
You will earn 100 Max Miles per 100 JPY spent on TakeMe.
4. When will I receive my Max Miles?
Your Max Miles will be credited to your HeyMax account within 30 days after you’ve dined.
5. What if I cancel or don’t show up for my reservation?
Only completed reservations (where you actually dined at the restaurant) are eligible for Max Miles. Cancelled or missed reservations will not earn miles.
6. Can I stack Max Miles with my credit card rewards?
Yes! You’ll still earn your regular credit card points or miles when paying on TakeMe, on top of the Max Miles you earn through TakeMe bookings.
7. Do I need to pay in advance?
Yes. For restaurant reservations on TakeMe, payments are made at the point of making your reservation.
