Turn your mortgage, property tax, insurance premiums and condo or MCST fees into Max Miles by paying with PayNow through CardUp.
Available to HeyMax users in Singapore who make one-time PayNow payments from a CardUp Personal account. Payments made by credit card, on a recurring schedule, or from a CardUp Business account do not earn Max Miles.
Earn 0.7 or 4 Max Miles per S$1 on mortgage, property tax, insurance and condo or MCST payments, depending on the reward tier you pick. Your Max Miles will be credited within 10 business days after payment is completed through your CardUp account.

Setting up your payment
How do I set up a payment that earns Max Miles?
Log in to your CardUp Personal account and select Create Payment.
Pick an eligible payment type: mortgage, property tax, insurance, or condo and MCST.
Choose PayNow as your payment method. Credit card is often selected by default, so switch it yourself.
Confirm your HeyMax email address:
Existing HeyMax account: enter the exact email address linked to your active HeyMax account.
New to HeyMax: you can proceed with your preferred email. When rewards are issued, you must register a HeyMax account using this exact email within 90 calendar days to claim your Max Miles.
Select your Max Miles reward tier and complete the payment using the PayNow QR code.
Does my CardUp email need to match my HeyMax email?
No, your two accounts can use different email addresses. What matters is the email you confirm during payment setup, because that is the HeyMax account your Max Miles go to.
Getting your Max Miles
When will my Max Miles be credited?
Your Max Miles are credited within 10 business days after your CardUp payment is successfully completed. Pending or scheduled payments do not earn Max Miles until they finish processing.
Example: If your CardUp payment is completed on 20 August, your Max Miles will be credited by 3 September.
Where do I see my Max Miles?
Your Max Miles appear in your HeyMax balance in the app or on the website. We also email you as soon as they land.
Can I earn Max Miles before I have a HeyMax account?
If you don't have a HeyMax account, you'll receive a confirmation email with a sign-up link once your Max Miles are issued. The email will be sent to the address provided at CardUp checkout.
Sign up within 90 calendar days of that email, using the same email address.
Unclaimed Max Miles are forfeited after 90 days.
Check spam and promotions folders if you do not see the email.
Do my Max Miles expire once they are credited?
No. Credited Max Miles do not expire as long as your HeyMax account stays active. This is separate from the 90 calendar day window that new users have to claim their miles.
