3.1 The Promotion is open to new users who register for a HeyMax account from CardUp during the Promotional Period (each a "Participant").
3.2 Only one (1) account registration per individual is eligible.
3.3 Multiple registrations using different email addresses or identities by the same individual will be disqualified.
3.4 Existing account holders are not eligible for the Promotion.
4. Reward Mechanics
4.1 Each eligible Participant shall receive 200 Max Miles.
4.2 Max Miles will be credited to the Participant's HeyMax account after the registration has been verified as eligible.
4.3 Example: a Participant who registers their first HeyMax account from CardUp on 1 Sep 2026 receives 200 Max Miles, and receives no further Max Miles under this Promotion for any subsequent registration.
5. Max Miles Programme
5.1 Max Miles are subject to the terms and conditions of the Max Miles programme, as amended from time to time.
5.2 Max Miles have no cash value and are non-transferable.
5.3 These terms and conditions are to be read in conjunction with any other terms applicable to the Max Miles programme.
6. Fraud and Abuse
6.1 HeyMax reserves the right to disqualify any Participant found to have engaged in fraudulent activity, abuse, or manipulation of this Promotion.
6.2 Abuse includes multi-accounting, use of false or duplicate identities, and any attempt to claim the reward more than once.
6.3 HeyMax may withhold or reverse Max Miles credited in connection with such activity.
