1.1 The "Get 20% Bonus Asia Miles on Max Miles Redemptions" campaign (the "Campaign") is organized by HeyMax and Cathay.

1.2 By participating in this Campaign, users agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2.1 The Campaign runs from 15 June 2026 at 12:00 AM (GMT+8) to 14 July 2026 at 11:59 PM (GMT+8) (the "Campaign Period").

2.2 HeyMax and Cathay reserve the right to end the Campaign early with reasonable notice. Qualifying Redemptions completed before any early termination remain eligible for bonus rewards.

3.1 The Campaign is open to registered HeyMax users with a valid account.

3.2 The Campaign is open to Cathay members who complete registration at Cathay’s Bonus Campaign webpage before making any qualifying transactions.

3.3 Transactions made before registration will not qualify for any bonus.

3.4 Participation is limited to one account per person. Users with suspended or flagged accounts are ineligible.

4.1 A "Qualifying Redemption" is a successful redemption of Max Miles into Asia Miles completed during the Campaign Period.

4.2 The 20% bonus is calculated based on the number of base Asia Miles awarded from the eligible redemption, excluding any other promotional or discretionary bonus. The 20% bonus Asia Miles are calculated by combining Cathay's 10% bonus Asia Miles (capped at 3,000 bonus Asia Miles per member) and HeyMax's 10% bonus Asia Miles (capped at 3,000 bonus Asia Miles per member), for a combined cap of 6,000 bonus Asia Miles per member.

4.3 The following do not qualify:

5.1 Each Qualifying Redemption earns the Participant 20% bonus Asia Miles on top of the base Asia Miles awarded, capped at 6,000 bonus Asia Miles per member.

5.2 Only completed and successful redemptions made within the Campaign Period are eligible.

Example: A Participant redeems 10,000 Max Miles, and receives 10,000 base Asia Miles and an additional 2,000 bonus Asia Miles, for a total of 12,000 Asia Miles.

6.1 HeyMax and Cathay reserve the right to withhold, deny, or cancel rewards if fraud or abuse is suspected, including but not limited to:

6.2 HeyMax and Cathay may temporarily suspend a Participant's bonus rewards during investigation. The Participant will be informed of the suspected activity and may provide evidence in their defense.

6.3 If abuse is confirmed, HeyMax and Cathay may forfeit all earned and pending bonus rewards, and permanently close the Participant's account.

7.1 HeyMax and Cathay reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice.

7.2 Max Miles and Asia Miles earned through this Campaign are not redeemable for cash and are subject to the respective platform terms and conditions of HeyMax and Cathay.

7.3 In the event of any dispute, the decision of HeyMax and Cathay shall be final and binding.

7.4 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.

7.5 By participating, the Participant consents to HeyMax collecting, using, and processing their redemption data for the purpose of administering this Campaign, in accordance with HeyMax and Cathay's Privacy Policy.

7.6 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
