How do I participate?
Complete a redemption of Max Miles into Flying Blue Miles during the campaign period. The 25% bonus is applied automatically.

Choose your redemption amount and confirm
Your base Flying Blue Miles are credited, plus the 25% bonus
How is the 25% bonus calculated?
The bonus is 25% of the base Flying Blue Miles you receive from each eligible redemption.
Example: You redeem Max Miles and receive 10,000 base Flying Blue Miles. You get an additional 2,500 bonus Flying Blue Miles, for a total of 12,500 Flying Blue Miles.
Does this apply to all redemptions on HeyMax?
No. Only redemptions from Max Miles to Flying Blue Miles qualify. Redemptions to other loyalty programs are not eligible.

Can I earn the bonus more than once?
Yes. Every eligible redemption you complete during the campaign period qualifies for the 25% bonus. There is no limit on the number of qualifying redemptions.

Terms and Conditions
1. Program Overview
1.1 The "Get 25% Bonus Flying Blue Miles on Max Miles Redemptions" campaign (the "Campaign") is organized by HeyMax.
1.2 By participating in this Campaign, users agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Campaign Period
2.1 The Campaign runs from 10 June 2026, 12:00 AM to 19 June 2026, 11:59 PM (GMT+8) (the "Campaign Period").
2.2 HeyMax reserves the right to end the Campaign early with reasonable notice. Qualifying Redemptions completed before any early termination remain eligible for bonus rewards.
3. Eligibility
3.1 The Campaign is open to registered HeyMax users with a valid account.
3.2 Participation is via auto-enrollment. No separate registration is required.
3.3 Participation is limited to one account per person. Users with suspended or flagged accounts are ineligible.
4. Qualifying Redemptions
4.1 A "Qualifying Redemption" is a successful redemption of Max Miles into Flying Blue Miles completed during the Campaign Period.
4.2 The 25% bonus is calculated based on the number of base Flying Blue Miles awarded from the eligible redemption, excluding any other promotional or discretionary bonus.
4.3 The following do not qualify:
Redemptions submitted before 10 June 2026, 12:00 AM or after 19 June 2026, 11:59 PM (GMT+8)
Redemptions to loyalty programs other than Flying Blue Miles
Redemptions that are cancelled, reversed, refunded, failed, or incomplete
Duplicate or fraudulent redemptions
5. Reward Mechanics
5.1 Each Qualifying Redemption earns the Participant 25% bonus Flying Blue Miles on top of the base Flying Blue Miles awarded.
5.2 Only completed and successful redemptions made within the Campaign Period are eligible.
Example: A Participant redeems Max Miles and receives 10,000 base Flying Blue Miles. The Participant earns 2,500 bonus Flying Blue Miles (25% of 10,000), in addition to the base amount.
6. Fraud & Abuse
6.1 HeyMax reserves the right to withhold, deny, or cancel rewards if fraud or abuse is suspected, including but not limited to:
Creating multiple accounts to earn additional bonuses
System manipulation to artificially generate redemptions
Any activity inconsistent with normal personal usage
6.2 HeyMax may temporarily suspend a Participant's bonus rewards during investigation. The Participant will be informed of the suspected activity and may provide evidence in their defense.
6.3 If abuse is confirmed, HeyMax may forfeit all earned and pending bonus rewards, and permanently close the Participant's account.
7. General Conditions
7.1 HeyMax reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice.
7.2 Max Miles and Flying Blue Miles earned through this Campaign are not redeemable for cash and are subject to the respective platform terms and conditions of HeyMax and Air France-KLM.
7.3 In the event of any dispute, the decision of HeyMax shall be final and binding.
7.4 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.
7.5 By participating, the Participant consents to HeyMax collecting, using, and processing their redemption data for the purpose of administering this Campaign, in accordance with HeyMax's Privacy Policy.
7.6 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
