3.1 Redeem Max Miles into Xiamen Airlines Egret Miles via the HeyMax platform during the Campaign Period.

3.2 No registration, promo code, or opt-in is required. Qualifying redemptions are tracked automatically.

4.1 The standard minimum redemption of 1,000 Max Miles applies. Redemptions below the minimum do not qualify for the bonus.

5.1 Qualifying redemptions earn an additional 50% in Egret Miles, calculated on the Egret Miles received from the redemption.

5.2 The bonus is uncapped.

Example: a redemption yielding 10,000 Egret Miles earns 5,000 bonus Egret Miles.

6.1 Base Egret Miles are credited according to the standard redemption process.

6.2 Bonus miles are credited by Xiamen Airlines after the Campaign Period ends and are expected within 14 days of the end of the Campaign Period (by 21 September 2026).

7.1 Max Miles are converted to Egret Miles at the prevailing conversion rate displayed on the HeyMax platform at the time of redemption.

8.1 All Max Miles redemptions are final and non-reversible. Redeemed and bonus miles cannot be cancelled, refunded, or converted back into Max Miles.

9.1 HeyMax reserves the right to withhold or reverse bonus miles, and to disqualify any user, in cases of fraud, abuse, error, or any activity that breaches HeyMax's or Xiamen Airlines' terms of service.

10.1 HeyMax reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the campaign, or to modify these Terms and Conditions, at any time without prior notice.

11.1 This campaign is subject to HeyMax's general Terms of Service and the Xiamen Airlines Egret Miles programme terms.

11.2 In the event of any conflict, these campaign Terms and Conditions govern for matters relating to the 50% bonus.
