How is the 20% bonus calculated?
The bonus is 20% of the base Asia Miles you receive from each eligible redemption.
Example: You redeem Max Miles and receive 10,000 base Asia Miles. You get an additional 2,000 bonus Asia Miles, for a total of 12,000 Asia Miles.
Does this apply to all redemptions on HeyMax?
No. Only redemptions from Max Miles to Asia Miles qualify. Redemptions to other loyalty programs are not eligible.
Bonus Details
Can I earn the bonus more than once?
Yes. Every eligible redemption you complete during the campaign period qualifies for the 20% bonus. There is no limit on the number of qualifying redemptions.
When will I receive the bonus Asia Miles?
Bonus Asia Miles are credited after your redemption is successfully processed. Timing may vary depending on processing between HeyMax and Cathay Pacific.

Cancelled, reversed, refunded, failed, or incomplete redemptions do not qualify. Only successfully completed redemptions earn the 20% bonus.

1. Program Overview
1.1 The "Get 20% Bonus Asia Miles on Max Miles Redemptions" campaign (the "Campaign") is organized by HeyMax.
1.2 By participating in this Campaign, users agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Campaign Period
2.1 The Campaign runs from 1 May 2026 at 12:00 AM (GMT+8) to 1 June 2026 at 11:59 PM (GMT+8) (the "Campaign Period").
2.2 HeyMax reserves the right to end the Campaign early with reasonable notice. Qualifying Redemptions completed before any early termination remain eligible for bonus rewards.
3. Eligibility
3.1 The Campaign is open to registered HeyMax users with a valid account.
3.2 Participation is via auto-enrollment. No separate registration is required.
3.3 Participation is limited to one account per person. Users with suspended or flagged accounts are ineligible.
4. Qualifying Redemptions
4.1 A "Qualifying Redemption" is a successful redemption of Max Miles into Asia Miles completed during the Campaign Period.
4.2 The 20% bonus is calculated based on the number of base Asia Miles awarded from the eligible redemption, excluding any other promotional or discretionary bonus.
4.3 The following do not qualify:
Redemptions submitted before 1 May 2026, 12:00 AM or after 1 June 2026, 11:59 PM (GMT+8)
Redemptions to loyalty programs other than Asia Miles
Redemptions that are cancelled, reversed, refunded, failed, or incomplete
Duplicate or fraudulent redemptions
5. Reward Mechanics
5.1 Each Qualifying Redemption earns the Participant 20% bonus Asia Miles on top of the base Asia Miles awarded.
5.2 Only completed and successful redemptions made within the Campaign Period are eligible.
Example: A Participant redeems Max Miles and receives 10,000 base Asia Miles. The Participant earns 2,000 bonus Asia Miles (20% of 10,000), in addition to the base amount.
6. Fraud & Abuse
6.1 HeyMax reserves the right to withhold, deny, or cancel rewards if fraud or abuse is suspected, including but not limited to:
Creating multiple accounts to earn additional bonuses
System manipulation to artificially generate redemptions
Any activity inconsistent with normal personal usage
6.2 HeyMax may temporarily suspend a Participant's bonus rewards during investigation. The Participant will be informed of the suspected activity and may provide evidence in their defense.
6.3 If abuse is confirmed, HeyMax may forfeit all earned and pending bonus rewards, and permanently close the Participant's account.
7. General Conditions
7.1 HeyMax reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice.
7.2 Max Miles and Asia Miles earned through this Campaign are not redeemable for cash and are subject to the respective platform terms and conditions of HeyMax and Cathay Pacific.
7.3 In the event of any dispute, the decision of HeyMax shall be final and binding.
7.4 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.
7.5 By participating, the Participant consents to HeyMax collecting, using, and processing their redemption data for the purpose of administering this Campaign, in accordance with HeyMax's Privacy Policy.
7.6 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
