What is the Max Miles Boost (April Flash Sale)?

A 3-day flash sale where you earn 200 bonus Max Miles for every single "Shop with Max" transaction over S$200.

The campaign runs from April 14, 2026, 00:00 SGT to April 16, 2026, 23:59 SGT. You're automatically enrolled, so there's no sign-up needed.

Do I need to sign up?

No. All registered HeyMax users in Singapore are auto-enrolled. Just shop through "Shop with Max" during the campaign period to earn your bonus.

Which merchants qualify?

Any mile-earning merchant available through "Shop with Max" qualifies, except for excluded merchants listed below.

Earning Max Miles

How do I earn the bonus?

Click the "Shop with Max" button on the partner page, complete your purchase during the campaign period, and your bonus is triggered automatically.

  1. Open the HeyMax app and go to Earn tab

  2. Choose a qualifying merchant and tap Shop & Earn Miles

  3. Complete your transaction (single purchase over S$200)

  4. 200 bonus Max Miles are added to your account as "Pending"

How many miles do I earn per transaction?

You earn a flat 200 bonus Max Miles for each qualifying transaction over S$200. This is on top of any base miles you already earn from that merchant.

Example: You book a S$350 hotel on Expedia through Shop with Max. You earn your regular base miles from Expedia plus 200 bonus Max Miles from this campaign.

I spent S$450 in one transaction. Do I get 400 miles?

No. The bonus is a flat 200 Max Miles per qualifying transaction, regardless of amount. Spending more than S$200 in a single transaction does not increase the bonus.

What counts as a qualifying transaction?

A single mile-earning purchase of S$200 or more made through "Shop with Max" during the campaign period. The S$200 threshold is based on the transaction amount excluding taxes and fees.

  • ✅ A S$250 Expedia hotel booking via Shop with Max

  • ✅ A S$300 Turkish Airlines flight via Shop with Max

  • ❌ A S$180 purchase (below S$200 threshold)

  • ❌ A purchase not made through Shop with Max

  • ❌ Transactions with excluded merchants (see list below)

What about Shopee, Taobao, and Lazada?

For Shopee, Taobao, and Lazada, each individual item must be above S$200 to qualify. Cart totals do not count. If your cart has three items at S$80, S$250, and S$150, only the S$250 item earns the bonus.

Bonus Cap

Is there a limit to how much I can earn?

Yes. The maximum bonus is 1,000 Max Miles per user for the entire campaign. That's 5 qualifying transactions at 200 bonus Max Miles each.

What happens after I hit the cap?

You'll continue earning your regular base miles from Shop with Max merchants, but no further bonus miles from this campaign.

Tracking & Rewards

When will I see my bonus miles?

Bonus miles appear as "Pending" in your account shortly after your purchase. They become "Confirmed" once the merchant confirms the transaction is final, usually after the return window closes.

Why don't I see my bonus yet?

Merchant tracking can take up to 7 working days. If your transaction still doesn't appear after 7 working days, check the troubleshooting checklist below.

Can I use my Chocolate Finance card?

Yes, purchases made through "Shop with Max" qualify for the bonus.

What happens if I return my order?

If a return or refund causes your transaction to drop below S$200, the bonus miles for that transaction will be removed from your account.

My bonus miles haven't appeared after 7 working days. What should I do?

Verify your transaction met all requirements using this checklist:

  • ✅ Did you click "Shop with Max" before completing the purchase?

  • ✅ Was the transaction over S$200 (excluding taxes and fees)?

  • ✅ Was the merchant a qualifying (non-excluded) partner?

  • ✅ Was the transaction completed between April 14 and April 16, 2026 (SGT)?

  • ✅ For Shopee/Taobao/Lazada: was each individual item above S$200?

If all items check out and you still don't see your bonus, contact HeyMax support with your transaction date, amount, merchant name, and order ID.


Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview

1.1 The "Max Miles Boost (April Spring Flash Sale Edition)" campaign (the "Campaign") is organized by HeyMax.

1.2 By participating in this Campaign, users agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Campaign Period

2.1 The Campaign runs from April 14, 2026 at 00:00 SGT to April 16, 2026 at 23:59 SGT (the "Campaign Period").

2.2 HeyMax reserves the right to end the Campaign early with reasonable notice. Qualifying Transactions completed before any early termination remain eligible for bonus rewards.

3. Eligibility

3.1 The Campaign is open to registered HeyMax users with a valid account located in Singapore.

3.2 Participation is via auto-enrollment. No separate registration is required.

3.3 Employees, contractors, and affiliates of HeyMax are not eligible to participate.

3.4 Participation is limited to one account per person. Users with suspended or flagged accounts are ineligible.

4. Qualifying Transactions

4.1 A "Qualifying Transaction" is a single mile-earning purchase of S$200.00 or more (excluding taxes and fees) made through the "Shop with Max" feature during the Campaign Period.

4.2 For transactions on Shopee, Taobao, and Lazada, each individual item in the cart must meet the S$200.00 threshold independently. Cart totals are not aggregated.

4.3 The following do not qualify:

  • Transactions below S$200.00 (excluding taxes and fees)

  • Transactions completed outside the Campaign Period

  • Transactions not initiated through "Shop with Max"

  • Transactions that are declined, pending, failed, cancelled, refunded, exchanged, returned, or modified in a way that results in a new booking or order ID

  • Duplicate or fraudulent transactions

5. Reward Mechanics

5.1 Each Qualifying Transaction earns the Participant a flat bonus of 200 Max Miles. The bonus amount is not proportional to the transaction value.

5.2 The maximum bonus a Participant may earn during the Campaign Period is 1,000 Max Miles (equivalent to 5 Qualifying Transactions).

5.3 Bonus Max Miles are issued as "Pending" upon transaction completion. Pending miles are released and confirmed once the respective merchant confirms the transaction is final.

5.4 If a Qualifying Transaction is subsequently refunded, returned, or cancelled, the associated bonus Max Miles shall be forfeited and removed from the Participant's account.

Example: A Participant makes a S$350 purchase through Shop with Max at a qualifying merchant. The Participant earns 200 bonus Max Miles (pending), in addition to any base miles from that merchant.

6. Fraud & Abuse

6.1 HeyMax reserves the right to withhold, deny, or cancel rewards if fraud or abuse is suspected, including but not limited to:

  • Creating multiple accounts to bypass the 1,000 Max Miles bonus cap

  • Transaction splitting to artificially meet the S$200 threshold

  • Refund farming (completing transactions to earn bonuses, then requesting refunds)

  • Merchant collusion or fabricated transactions

  • Any activity inconsistent with normal personal purchasing behavior

6.2 This Campaign is intended for personal use only. Commercial exploitation is prohibited.

6.3 HeyMax may temporarily suspend a Participant's bonus rewards during investigation. The Participant will be informed of the suspected activity and may provide evidence in their defense.

6.4 If abuse is confirmed, HeyMax may forfeit all earned and pending bonus rewards, and permanently close the Participant's account.

7. General Conditions

7.1 HeyMax reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice.

7.2 Max Miles earned through this Campaign are not redeemable for cash and are subject to HeyMax's standard Max Miles terms.

7.3 In the event of any dispute, the decision of HeyMax shall be final and binding.

7.4 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.

7.5 By participating, the Participant consents to HeyMax collecting, using, and processing their transaction data for the purpose of administering this Campaign, in accordance with HeyMax's Privacy Policy.

7.6 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
