1. Program Overview
The "Max Miles Boost (CNY Edition)" campaign (the "Campaign") is organized by HeyMax.
The Campaign is valid from 14th February, 0000 to 16th February 2359 2026 (SGT).
By participating in this Campaign, users agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility
Eligible User: Must be a registered HeyMax user with a valid account.
Country: This Campaign is applicable to users in Singapore (SG).
Participation: Participation is via auto-enrollment.
Campaign Period: Transactions must be completed within the specific timeframe of 14th February, 0000 to 16th February 2359 2026 (SGT).
3. Reward Structure & Mechanics
Mechanism: Click on the "Shop with Max" button on the partner page, and complete the transaction during the Campaign Period
Qualifying Spend: For any single transaction over S$200, users will receive an additional 200 Max Miles (MM) bonus.
For transactions on Shopee/Taobao/Lazada, each item needs to be above S$200 to be eligible for the bonus.
Eligible Transactions: Only mile-earning transactions qualify. The transaction amount used to calculate eligibility excludes taxes and fees.
Cap: Each user's rewards earning is capped at a maximum of 1,000 MM bonus for the entire Campaign Period.
4. Reward Payout & Timing
Initial Status: Bonus Max Miles will be issued as "Pending" in the user's account first.
Release: The bonus rewards will only be released/confirmed once the transaction is confirmed by the respective merchant.
5. Anti-Fraud & Exclusions
Transactions that are rejected, cancelled, refunded, exchanged, returned, or modified in a way that results in a new booking/order ID will not qualify for this Campaign.

6. Changes to the Program
HeyMax reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice.
In case of any dispute, the decision of HeyMax shall be final.

7 | I spent $450 in one transaction. Do I get 400 miles? | For a single transaction of $200 or more, you receive the bonus of 200 Max Miles. To earn more toward your 1,000 MM cap, you can make additional qualifying purchases! |
8 | What happens if I return my order? | If a return or refund causes your transaction value to drop below the $200 threshold, the associated bonus miles will be removed from your account. |
9 | Why don't I see my bonus after I complete my transaction? | There might be a delay on the tracking from the merchant thus causing the delay on reflecting in your history. Wait patiently, it usually takes up to 7 working days. |
10 | Why did I receive more than 1,000 CNY bonus miles if the campaign limit is 1,000 miles per user? | During the CNY bonus campaign, you may have earned miles beyond the 1,000-mile per user limit through your transactions.
However, only 1,000 miles will be confirmed in your account. Any excess miles earned will be automatically cancelled once your confirmed miles reach the campaign's 1,000-mile maximum per user quota. |
