Open to new purchases of the following products (each an “Eligible Insurance Product”): (1) Travel (single), (2) Travel (Annual), (3) Maid, (4) Home, (5) Term Life Plus, (6) Critical Illness Plus, (7) Big 3 Critical Illness, (8) Flex, (9) Cancer 2.0, (10) Heart Attack, (11) Stroke, (12) Personal Accident, and (13) International Health.
Earn 10 Max Miles per premium dollar paid, with minimum spend of $30, capped at 600MM per transaction
To qualify for Max Miles
Purchases must be made directly through FWD Singapore’s website (https://www.fwd.com.sg/) using a Visa credit card that has been linked to your HeyMax account (each a “Qualifying Card”).
Premium must be paid in full, and the Eligible Insurance Product must not be cancelled within 30 days from inception or before cover begins (whichever is later).
You must be both the policyholder of the Eligible Insurance Product and the HeyMax account.
The email address used to purchase the Eligible Insurance Product must be same as that registered with your HeyMax account
There is no limit to the number of Eligible Insurance Products each customer may purchase.
No Max Miles will be awarded for purchases made using promo codes not approved by FWD Singapore
Qualifying customers will receive the Max Miles within 4 calendar months from the insurance cover start date of each Eligible Insurance Product
HeyMax reserves the right to claw back any Max Miles issued if the Eligible Insurance is cancelled, refunded, or terminated (whether by FWD or the customer) any time after purchase, resulting in a partial or full refund of the premium paid
FWD Singapore reserves the rights to invalidate any order that does not comply with these Terms & Conditions
Eligible users may not open or maintain multiple HeyMax accounts under different identities or engage in fraudulent activities. Violation of this policy may result in the termination of the eligible customer’s account(s) and the forfeiture of all Max Miles earned
These Terms & Conditions shall be read in conjunction with the separate HeyMax terms & conditions governing the Qualifying Cards. Consent to Data Sharing: By participating in this campaign and in order to receive Max Miles from FWD Singapore, you agree and consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your relevant personal data to FWD Singapore for the purposes of eligibility assessment, verification, and fulfilment of rewards under this campaign.
