Eligibility
Max Miles will be awarded to qualified Allianz insurance policy holders as determined by Allianz.
Max Miles can only be redeemed by HeyMax users with a valid, registered Hong Kong phone number.
Redemption Process
Codes are valid for a three-month period from issuance and are single-use only.
Account Requirements
Creating and maintaining a HeyMax account is required before an eligible user can start earning and redeeming Max Miles.
Eligible users may not open or maintain multiple HeyMax accounts under different identities or engage in fraudulent activities. Violation of this policy may result in the termination of the eligible customer’s account(s) and the forfeiture of all Max Miles earned.
Max Miles Properties
Max Miles are not physical rewards.
Max Miles do not expire as long as the user accesses or engages with the HeyMax mobile application at least once every 12 months
Enforcement & Modifications
HeyMax reserves the right to disqualify users from earning Max Miles due to suspected fraudulent activities or violation of HeyMax’s Terms & Conditions. Any disputes will be settled by HeyMax.
Allianz and HeyMax reserve the right to modify the terms of, or terminate, any campaign without prior notice or liability to any party.

Getting Started
1. Q: Do I need a HeyMax account to earn Max Miles?
Yes. You must create and maintain a HeyMax account before you can start earning or redeeming Max Miles. You can download the app via the App Store or Google Play Store.
2. Q: Can I have more than one HeyMax account?
No. Each eligible user may only hold one HeyMax account. Opening or maintaining multiple accounts under different identities is not permitted and may result in account termination and forfeiture of all Max Miles earned. However, redemption codes are not restricted to one email, and can be redeemed on other accounts if shared with others.

3 Q: How do I redeem my Max Miles?
Once you receive your EDM from Allianz, open the HeyMax App and enter the six-digit redemption code included in the email. Your Max Miles will be credited to your account.
4. Q: How long is my redemption code valid?
Redemption codes sent via Allianz are valid until 31 October 2026 for three months from the date of issue and are single-use only. Make sure to redeem your code before it expires.
5. Q: Do Max Miles expire?
Max Miles do not expire as long as you access or engage with the HeyMax mobile application at least once every 12 months. Note that Max Miles are not physical rewards.
