Full Terms and Conditions
1. Program Overview
The "Max Miles Day" campaign (the "Campaign") is organized by HeyMax. The Campaign is valid only on 25th December 2025 (00:00:00 SGT to 23:59:59 SGT). By participating in this Campaign, users agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Eligibility
Eligible User: Must be a registered HeyMax user with a valid account.
Campaign Period: Transactions must be completed within the specific timeframe of 25th December 2025.
3. Reward Structure & Tiers
3.1 Voucher Redemption Milesback
Mechanism: Eligible users will receive 20% Milesback on the Max Miles used for any voucher redemption made during the Campaign Period.
Cap: There is no cap on the Max Miles that can be earned back under this specific voucher redemption mechanism.
Non-Refundable: As per standard HeyMax policy, all vouchers redeemed are non-refundable once the transaction is completed.
3.2 Air India Transfer Bonus
Mechanism: Eligible users who transfer Max Miles to Air India Maharaja Points during the Campaign Period will receive additional 10% Maharaja Points bonus. This reward applies only to transfers made directly from Max Miles to Air India Maharaja Points. Transfers to other partners are excluded. The transfer bonus will be credited by Air India to users’ Maharaja Club account directly.
Cap: Users can get 10% bonus per transfer for up to 500,000 points transferred (i.e. max 50,000 bonus miles per transaction but limited to one bonus transaction per user).
4. Reward Payout & Timing
Processing Time: 20% Milesback will initially appear as "Pending" in the user's Max Miles transaction history after eligible redemption/transfer, and will be finalized and credited to the user's account approximately 7 days after the Campaign date.
The Air India Transfer Bonus will be credited to the eligible members within 30 days to their Maharaja Club account after the end of the Campaign.
5. Anti-Fraud & Exclusions
HeyMax reserves the right to withhold, deny, or cancel any rewards if we suspect fraud or abuse of the Campaign. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Account Duplication: Creating multiple accounts (using different emails, phone numbers, or identities) to bypass the milesback cap for the Air India transfer.
Transaction Reversals: Any attempt to refund, cancel, or dispute a voucher redemption or transfer transaction after the Milesback reward has been credited or used.
Commercial Use: The Campaign is intended for personal use only. Engaging in the commercial resale of vouchers or brokering of miles transfers is prohibited.
6. Changes to the Program
HeyMax reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign (including changing T&Cs) at any time without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of HeyMax shall be final.
