Link and verify a valid Hong Kong-issued Visa card
Make a bill payment of HK$3,000 or more (Milestone 1) between 15 March and 14 May 2026. You will receive 3,000 Max Miles within 30 days after your payment is finalised.
Make a second bill payment of HK$3,000 or more using the same Visa card within 60 days from your first qualifying bill payment (Milestone 2). You will receive the final 3,000 Max Miles within 30 days after your payment is finalised.

On your linked card page on HeyMax, you can expand your transaction to view the Merchant Category Code (MCC). If the transaction has one of the eligible MCCs and is above HK$3,000, it qualifies for the campaign. Your Max Miles will be credited within 30 days of the transaction date.

Terms and Conditions
1. Program Overview
During the Promotion Period, 333 eligible users (“Total Quota”) can earn up to a total of 6,000 Max Miles by completing two qualifying transactions with their linked Visa card issued in Hong Kong across 60 days.
2. Promotion Period
Acquisition Period (Milestone 1): The first 333 eligible users who make their first qualifying transaction with their linked Visa card issued in Hong Kong between 15 March 2026 (00:00 HKT) to 14 May 2026 (23:59 HKT), both dates inclusive.
Retention Window (Milestone 2): Eligible users who successfully complete Milestone 1 have 60 days from the date of their first qualifying transaction to complete their second qualifying transaction with the same linked Visa card issued in Hong Kong. All Milestone 2 transactions must be completed no later than 14 July 2026.
Termination: The campaign will conclude once the Total Quota is fully utilised or the Promotion Period ends, whichever is earlier, without further notice.
3. Eligibility & Reward Mechanics
The promotion is available to holders of Hong Kong-issued Visa cards who have successfully linked their Visa cards to the HeyMax application (“Promotion Card”).
The Promotion is limited to the first 333 unique users who successfully complete Milestone 1.
Account Limit: Each HeyMax account and unique Visa card is eligible for a maximum of one (1) Milestone 1 reward and one (1) Milestone 2 reward throughout the entire Promotion Period.
Payment Method: Payment must be made using a valid Visa card issued in Hong Kong linked to the user’s HeyMax account.
Total Potential Reward: 6,000 Max Miles per eligible user.
4. Earning Criteria
To successfully claim the full 6,000 Max Miles reward, users must follow these steps:
Step 1: Account Setup Create a new HeyMax account or sign in to an existing account via the HeyMax mobile application.
Step 2: Card Linking & Verification Successfully link and verify a valid Hong Kong- issued Visa card within the HeyMax account prior to making a transaction. The card must remain linked throughout the Promotion Period.
Step 3: Enter the Cohort (Milestone 1): Complete a single bill payment of HK$3,000 or more between 15 March and 14 May 2026.
Note: Only the first 333 unique users to complete this step will be eligible for the Promotion.
Step 4: Receive first 3,000 Miles: Upon settlement of the first payment, 3,000 Max Miles will be credited to your account within 30 days.
Step 5: Build the Habit (Milestone 2): Using the same Visa card, complete a second bill payment of HK$3,000 or more within 60 days of your first transaction (and no later than 14 July 2026).
Step 6: Receive final 3,000 Miles: Upon settlement of the second payment, the final 3,000 Max Miles will be credited to your account within 30 days.
5. Qualifying Transactions & Merchant Category Codes (MCC)
A "Qualifying Transaction" is defined as a single bill payment of HK$3,000 or more made through the HeyMax platform using a linked Hong Kong Visa card under the following approved MCCs:
4900: Utilities (Electricity, Gas, Sanitary, Water)
9311: Tax Payments (Inland Revenue Department)
9399: Government Services
4814: Telecommunication Services
6300: Insurance Sales, Underwriting, and Premiums
8211: Elementary and Secondary Schools
8220: Colleges, Universities, Professional Schools, and Junior Colleges
8241: Correspondence Schools
8244: Business and Secretarial Schools
8249: Vocational and Trade Schools
8299: Schools and Educational Services (Not elsewhere classified)
8351: Child Care services
6. Crediting of Max Miles
Verification: Rewards are subject to verification of the Qualifying Transaction.
Final Crediting: Max Miles will be finalized and credited to the user’s HeyMax account within 30 days once the qualifying transaction has been successfully settled.
Reversals: HeyMax reserves the right to void or claw back miles if the transaction is cancelled or refunded prior to or after the settlement date.
7. Reward Policy & Account Standing
Nature of Reward: Max Miles are not physical rewards.
Expiration Policy: Max Miles do not expire as long as the user accesses or engages with the HeyMax mobile application at least once every 12 months.
Inactivity Clause: HeyMax reserves the right to remove a user’s balance or terminate an account if the user has not accessed the mobile application or website for a consecutive period of 12 months or longer.
Account Status: The user’s HeyMax account and linked Visa card must remain active and in good standing at the time of fulfillment.
8. Fraud, Misuse and Prohibited Activities
Single Account Policy: Eligible users may not open or maintain multiple accounts under different identities or engage in fraudulent activities to claim multiple rewards.
Account Integrity: Any user found creating multiple identities, using fraudulent credit card information, or exploiting system bugs to bypass the "one-time reward" limit will have their account terminated and all miles forfeited.
Clawback Provision: HeyMax reserves the right to debit Max Miles from a user’s balance without prior notice if the qualifying transaction is subsequently cancelled, partially or fully refunded, or disputed (chargeback).
Right to Determine: HeyMax reserves the absolute right to determine whether a transaction is a "Qualifying Transaction."
9. Discretion & Data Privacy
Any person who participates in the “HeyMax Bill Payment Promotion” ("Campaign") will be deemed to have read, understood, accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any amendments thereto from time to time.
Discretion: HeyMax reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or terminate the campaign or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Data Privacy: By participating, users acknowledge that transaction metadata may be shared between HeyMax and HeyMax aggregator(s) for the purpose of reward fulfillment.
