How do I earn bonus Max Miles on Airport Express tickets?
Open the HeyMax Hong Kong app
Go to the Klook merchant page
Purchase any Airport Express ticket through the Klook link
Bonus Max Miles are automatically tracked - no extra steps needed
Your bonus miles will show as "Pending" and will be confirmed within 90 days after Klook verifies your purchase.

Which tickets are eligible?
✅ All Airport Express single journey tickets to/from:
Hong Kong Station
Kowloon Station
Tsing Yi Station
The bonus applies to any ticket variant purchased through Klook via the HeyMax app.
Limits & Restrictions
Is there a limit on how many tickets I can earn bonus miles on?
Yes, one (1) bonus transaction per HeyMax user. After your first eligible purchase, any additional tickets will earn at the standard Klook rate instead of the promotional bonus rate.
Is there a total promotion limit?
Yes, the promotion is limited to the first 10,000 successful transactions across all users. Once this cap is reached, purchases will earn at the standard rate.
What Doesn't Qualify
❌ Cancelled or refunded orders — if you cancel or get a refund, bonus miles won't be credited
❌ Orders using promo codes — if you apply any Klook promo code at checkout, you're not eligible for bonus Max Miles
❌ Purchases outside the HeyMax HK app — booking directly on Klook's website or app won't qualify
❌ Exchanged tickets — ticket exchanges are not eligible
Miles & Crediting
When will I receive my bonus Max Miles?
Your bonus miles will appear as "Pending" in your HeyMax account immediately after purchase. They'll be confirmed within 90 days, subject to Klook's verification.
Why are my miles "Pending"?
Pending status allows Klook to verify that:
The order wasn't cancelled or refunded
No promo codes were used
The transaction is legitimate
Once verified, your miles will move from Pending to Confirmed.
I completed my purchase but don't see any pending miles?
Allow up to 24-48 hours for the transaction to sync. If miles still don't appear after 48 hours, contact our support team with your:
Klook order confirmation number
Transaction date
Screenshot of your Klook receipt
Eligibility & Access
Which app do I need to use?
This promotion is exclusive to the HeyMax Hong Kong app. Users on HeyMax Singapore or other regions are not eligible.
Can I use this promotion multiple times?
No — the bonus is limited to one transaction per HeyMax user. If you've already earned bonus miles from this promotion, subsequent Airport Express purchases will earn at the regular rate.
