What is this campaign about?
FlyAnywhere lets you redeem Max Miles to offset any flight you book yourself. For this campaign, redemptions on flights to Hong Kong are upsized from the standard 1.8 cents per mile to 2.2 cents per Max Mile.
Am I eligible?
You qualify if all of the following are true:
Location: You are a Singapore HeyMax user.
Destination: Your flight arrives in Hong Kong (HKG) from any origin.
Booking window: Flight must be booked between 1 – 31 May 2026.
Trip type: Round-trip or one-way bookings are both accepted. You can also redeem the taxes and fees portion of award tickets.
Minimum redemption: At least 1,000 Max Miles per claim.
Slots: Among the first 150 qualifying redemptions.
How to redeem
How do I claim the upsized rate?
Book your flight to Hong Kong between 1 – 31 May 2026 from any merchant or airline of your choice.
Open the HeyMax app, go to Redeem > FlyAnywhere, and confirm you have at least 1,000 Max Miles.
Upload your flight receipt, enter your PayNow phone number, and submit your claim by 31 May 2026.
Your claim is reviewed within 3 business days. Approved claims are paid out at 2.2 cents per Max Mile via PayNow.
Example: Redeeming 10,000 Max Miles gets you S$220 via PayNow (vs S$180 at the standard rate).
What bookings count?
✅ Paid tickets to Hong Kong on any airline, booked between 1 – 31 May 2026.
✅ Partial redemption: use Max Miles against any portion of the fare, up to your Max Miles balance.
✅ Taxes and fees paid in cash on award tickets (miles-and-cash bookings).
❌ Flights booked outside the 1 – 31 May 2026 booking window.
❌ Flights that do not arrive in Hong Kong.
❌ Non-flight spend (hotels, car rentals, cruises, attractions).
Limits and timing
When does the campaign run?
Flights must be booked between 1 – 31 May 2026. Claims must be submitted by 23:59 SGT on 31 May 2026. Travel must be completed by 31 Dec 2026.
Is there a cap?
The upsized rate applies to the first 150 qualifying redemptions only. Once the cap is reached, FlyAnywhere reverts to the standard 1.8 cents per mile rate for Hong Kong flights. We recommend submitting early.
Is there a minimum redemption?
Yes. You need at least 1,000 Max Miles per claim to qualify.

Terms and Conditions
1. Overview
1.1 This FlyAnywhere Hong Kong Upsize (the "Campaign") offers eligible Participants an upsized FlyAnywhere redemption rate on qualifying flights to Hong Kong.
1.2 The Campaign is offered by HeyMax ("HeyMax", "we", "our") and is subject to these Terms and Conditions and the standard FlyAnywhere terms.
2. Campaign Period
2.1 Flights must be booked between 00:00 SGT on 1 May 2026 and 23:59 SGT on 31 May 2026 (the "Booking Window").
2.2 Qualifying claims must be submitted by 23:59 SGT on 31 May 2026 (the "Submission Deadline").
2.3 Travel covered by a qualifying booking must be completed by 31 Dec 2026.
2.4 The Campaign may be closed earlier if the redemption cap in Section 5 is reached.
3. Eligibility
3.1 The Campaign is open to HeyMax users with a Singapore account in good standing at the time of claim submission.
3.2 Participants must have a verified PayNow-linked phone number to receive payouts.
4. Qualifying Redemptions
4.1 A "Qualifying Redemption" means a FlyAnywhere claim where (a) the flight was booked within the Booking Window defined in Section 2.1, and (b) the submitted booking has Hong Kong (HKG) as the destination. Connecting itineraries from any origin are eligible.
4.2 Round-trip and one-way itineraries are accepted provided HKG is the destination of at least one leg.
4.3 Partial redemptions are permitted. Participants may redeem any amount equal to or greater than the minimum in Section 5, up to the Participant's confirmed Max Miles balance.
4.4 The cash portion (taxes, fees, surcharges) of award tickets is a Qualifying Redemption provided the ticket includes a flight to HKG.
4.5 Non-flight spend, cancelled bookings, and flights not arriving at HKG are excluded.
5. Reward Mechanics
5.1 Approved Qualifying Redemptions are paid out at 2.2 cents per Max Mile (the "Upsized Rate") via PayNow.
5.2 The minimum redemption per claim is 1,000 Max Miles.
5.3 The Upsized Rate applies only to the first 150 Qualifying Redemptions (the "Cap"), allocated on a first-come-first-served basis based on submission timestamp. Claims submitted after the Cap is reached are paid at the standard FlyAnywhere rate of 1.8 cents per Max Mile.
5.4 Claims are reviewed within 3 business days of submission.
Example: A Participant redeeming 10,000 Max Miles receives S$220.00 via PayNow.
6. General Conditions
6.1 HeyMax reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice.
6.2 Max Miles are not redeemable for cash outside approved HeyMax redemption channels.
6.3 Payouts are made in SGD via PayNow to the phone number registered by the Participant.
6.4 Personal data submitted for claims is handled in accordance with the HeyMax Privacy Policy.
6.5 These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
6.6 In the event of conflict between these Terms and any other communication, these Terms prevail.
7. Fraud and Abuse
7.1 HeyMax may reject claims that appear fraudulent, including fabricated or altered receipts, bookings that are subsequently cancelled or refunded, or claims submitted from multiple accounts controlled by the same person.
7.2 Participants who engage in abuse, multi-accounting, receipt manipulation, or collusion with merchants may have claims voided, Max Miles forfeited, and accounts suspended.
7.3 HeyMax may request additional evidence (booking confirmation, boarding pass, bank statement) to validate a claim.
