Q1. What does this promotion cover?
After connecting your Octopus to Octopus Dood Rewards and registering for this promotion in the Octopus App, customers will earn 1 eStamp for every eligible public‑transport transaction of HK$10 or above. For every 10 eStamps accumulated, customers receive one redemption code for 100 Max Miles, plus 1 entry into the lucky draw for a chance to win one of 36 additional Max Miles prizes.
Each Octopus Rewards Platform Account is limited to a maximum total of 300 Max Miles and 3 lucky‑draw entries.

Q3. How do I earn eStamps and rewards?
You will earn 1 eStamp for each eligible public‑transport ride of HK$10 or above made using the Octopus card registered for Octopus Dood Rewards. Qualifying transport services are listed below:
Rail – MTR (exclude High Speed Rail)
Bus – KMB / Long Win Bus / Citybus / New Lantau Bus / Light Rail shuttle bus by MTR
Green and red minibus
Ferry – All franchised and licensed ferry services operated Sun Ferry and Hong Kong & Kowloon Ferry Limited
A redemption code for 100 Max Miles will be issued to you within 7 days every time you accumulate 10 eStamps. Each Octopus Rewards Platform Account may earn a maximum total of 300 Max Miles.
To retrieve your redemption code: Tap the “Coupon” icon at the top‑right corner within the Octopus App, then open the 100 Max Miles e‑coupon to view your redemption code.
Download the HeyMax mobile app via this link (available through the Octopus App or App Store and Google Play Store directly) and create a HeyMax account.
Input your 6‑digit redemption code to credit the Max Miles to your HeyMax account. (All redemption codes must be redeemed by 28 December 2026, after which they will expire)
Q4. What do I receive for collecting eStamps?
Every 10 eStamps you collect will reward you with one 100 Max Miles redemption code. Each Octopus Rewards Platform Account can accumulate a maximum of 30 eStamps (equivalent to up to 300 Max Miles), alongside 3 lucky‑draw chances.
Q5. How do I redeem my Max Miles?

Q6. Do Max Miles expire once credited to my HeyMax account?
No. Max Miles hold perpetual validity, subject to your HeyMax account being accessed or used at least once every 12‑month period.
Q7. Am I automatically entered into the lucky draw?
Yes. Users earn automatic lucky‑draw entries upon collecting their 10th, 20th and 30th eStamps respectively. The lucky draw runs monthly in 2 rounds. Unsuccessful entries will be carried over to the subsequent round. For full details, please visit the promotional webpage.
Q8. What prizes are available in the lucky draw?
A total of 36 prizes are available:

Q10. Who is eligible to participate?
Participants must be holders of an Octopus Rewards Platform Account who have successfully registered for this promotion. Child Octopus and Personalised Octopus cards with the cardholder aged 11 or below are not eligible to take part.
