By using Octopus to pay for public transport in Hong Kong, customers earn eStamps that convert into Max Miles. Participants are also automatically entered into a lucky draw for one of 36 additional Max Miles prizes.

Q4. What do I receive for collecting eStamps?
Every 10 eStamps earns a voucher code for 100 Max Miles, up to a maximum of 30 eStamps (300 Max Miles) per customer.
Q5. How do I redeem my Max Miles?
Once 10 eStamps have been collected, Octopus will send a 6-digit code to the registered email address. Users should then set up a HeyMax account via the official deeplink and enter the code there to have the Max Miles credited. Codes must be redeemed by 28 December 2026; unredeemed codes will expire. Q6. Do Max Miles expire once credited to my HeyMax account?
No. Max Miles remain valid indefinitely, provided the HeyMax account is accessed or used at least once every 12 months.
Q7. Am I automatically entered into the lucky draw?
Yes. Users who collect eStamps are automatically enrolled. Winners are determined by Octopus and notified via their registered email address.
