It's a lucky draw campaign running from 22 to 31 July 2026 (GMT +8). Convert yuu Points to Max Miles on the yuu app during the campaign period, and you'll automatically receive a lucky draw entry for a chance to win economy round-trip flights to Bali.

The campaign runs from 22 July 2026, 00:00 SGT to 31 July 2026, 23:59 SGT. Only conversions made during this window qualify for lucky draw entries.

The campaign is open to everyone who is 18 years or older and a Singapore citizen or resident. You'll need both a yuu account and a HeyMax account to participate.

Make one yuu Points to Max Miles conversion on the yuu app between 22 and 31 July 2026. You get 1 entry if you perform this one transaction. If you also link your DBS yuu Visa card (AMEX and Mastercards are excluded) on HeyMax, you receive 3 entries instead of 1.

Note: Each user can only perform a conversion one time. The maximum number of entries per person is 3.

Open the yuu app and look for the Max Miles voucher page. There will be a banner or entry point during the campaign. Purchase a Max Miles voucher using your yuu Points, and the corresponding Max Miles will be credited to your HeyMax account. The conversion rate is 3.6 yuu Points to 1 Max Mile, and the minimum conversion amount is 1,800 yuu Points.

Winners are selected by computerised random draw from all qualifying entries on 8 August 2026. Winners will be notified via email within 14 days of the draw date.

The prize is 15,000 Max Miles credited to your HeyMax account, not a specific flight booking. You can use these miles however you like, including transferring to airline partners or redeeming for other rewards. The "Bali round trip" is an indicative value of what 15,000 Max Miles can get you.

Yes. Download the HeyMax app and create an account during the campaign period (22 to 31 July 2026). You'll need a HeyMax account for your Max Miles to be credited and to be eligible for the lucky draw.

Download the yuu app and sign up. You'll need a minimum of 1,800 yuu Points to convert to Max Miles. If you don't have yuu Points yet, you can earn them by shopping at participating yuu merchants.

No, a DBS yuu card is not required to enter the lucky draw. However, linking your DBS yuu Visa card on HeyMax upgrades your entries from 1 to 3, tripling your chances of winning. (Remember, AMEX and Mastercards are excluded).

Max Miles from your yuu Points conversion will initially appear as pending in your HeyMax account. They are released once the transaction is confirmed by the merchant.

First, check that your conversion was completed between 22 and 31 July 2026 (SGT). Conversions outside this window don't qualify. If your conversion was within the campaign period and you still don't see an entry, contact HeyMax support via the app with your yuu transaction confirmation and HeyMax account email.

Ensure you linked an eligible DBS yuu Visa card on HeyMax (not just on the yuu app). AMEX and Mastercards are excluded from this campaign. If you linked an eligible Visa card after making your conversion, your entries should update automatically. If not, contact support with screenshots of both your linked card and yuu conversion.

This is a yuu app issue. Check that you have at least 1,800 yuu Points for the conversion, then try again. If the problem persists, contact yuu support directly through the yuu app.

6.1 Five (5) winners will be selected by computerised random draw from all valid entries after the close of the Campaign Period on 8 August 2026.

6.2 Each winner will receive 15,000 Max Miles, credited to their HeyMax account.

6.3 Winners will be notified via email within 14 days of the draw date. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, HeyMax reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

6.4 Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. The 15,000 Max Miles may be used for any redemption available on the HeyMax platform.

6.5 A participant may win only one (1) prize. If the same individual is drawn more than once, a replacement winner will be selected.

7.1 By participating, each participant agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any decisions made by HeyMax, which are final and binding.

7.2 HeyMax reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign, or amend these Terms & Conditions, at any time without prior notice.

7.3 HeyMax reserves the right to disqualify any participant who is found to have engaged in fraudulent, dishonest, or abusive conduct, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, automated entries, or collusion.

7.4 HeyMax shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by any participant in connection with the Campaign, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

7.5 Personal data collected in connection with this Campaign will be used in accordance with HeyMax's Privacy Policy.

7.6 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

8.1 HeyMax actively monitors for suspicious activity. The following constitute abuse:
