Yes. The bonus applies to the first 100,000 Max Miles you transfer to yuu after qualifying, so the most you can get is 60,000 bonus yuu Points.

You can still transfer more than 100,000 Max Miles. Anything above that converts at the standard rate with no bonus.

Example: You transfer 120,000 Max Miles after qualifying. The first 100,000 get 60,000 bonus yuu Points. The other 20,000 convert at the standard rate. You receive 420,000 yuu Points in total.

Add up the Max Miles in the yuu transfers you made after qualifying. The first 100,000 of them get the bonus.

Example: After qualifying, you transfer 40,000 Max Miles and then 30,000 Max Miles. You have used 70,000 of the 100,000 limit.

1.1 The "yuu 20% Transfer Bonus" (the "Campaign") is organised by HeyMax. It rewards eligible users who draw Max Miles from their HeyMax First Miles Pool with bonus yuu Points on transfers of Max Miles to yuu Rewards Club ("yuu").

1.2 The qualification, bonus, and limit rules are set out in Sections 4 to 7.

2.1 The Campaign runs from 15 October 2026, 12:00am to 21 October 2026, 11:59:59pm, GMT +8 (the "Campaign Period").

2.2 HeyMax may extend, shorten, suspend, or end the Campaign early at its sole discretion, with notice where reasonably practicable.

3.1 The Campaign is open only to holders of a HeyMax account registered in Singapore who are eligible to draw from a HeyMax First Miles Pool (the "Participant").

3.2 The Participant must have a personal yuu Rewards Club account linked to their HeyMax account. Transfers to a yuu account belonging to another person are not permitted.

3.3 Each Participant may qualify once, using one HeyMax account only.

4.1 A "Qualifying Draw" is a draw of Max Miles from the Participant's HeyMax First Miles Pool that is completed, including confirmed payment of the applicable access fee, during the Campaign Period.

4.2 The Participant becomes a "Qualified Participant" once their Qualifying Draws total at least 30,000 Max Miles. Qualifying Draws are cumulative across the Campaign Period.

4.3 Draws completed before or after the Campaign Period do not count toward qualification.

4.4 Draws remain subject to the HeyMax First Terms of Use, including access fee and reclaim rules.

5.1 A "Qualifying Transfer" is a transfer of Max Miles to yuu Points that a Qualified Participant submits after becoming a Qualified Participant and before the end of the Campaign Period.

5.2 Transfers submitted before the Participant became a Qualified Participant are not Qualifying Transfers and will not receive any bonus retrospectively.

5.3 Each transfer must meet the standard minimum of 1,000 Max Miles.

5.4 Transfers to yuu are final and cannot be reversed or refunded.

6.1 For each Qualifying Transfer, the Participant receives base yuu Points at the standard rate of 1 Max Mile = 3 yuu Points, plus bonus yuu Points equal to 20% of the base yuu Points (the "Bonus").

6.2 Bonus yuu Points are calculated for each Qualifying Transfer, on the portion within the limit in Section 7, and rounded down to the nearest whole yuu Point.

6.3 The Bonus is issued automatically together with the base yuu Points for the same transfer. yuu Points are credited to the Participant's yuu account within 1 working day of the transfer.

Example: A Qualifying Transfer of 10,000 Max Miles earns 30,000 base yuu Points and 6,000 bonus yuu Points, for 36,000 yuu Points in total.

7.1 The Bonus applies only to the first 100,000 Max Miles transferred through Qualifying Transfers per Participant during the Campaign Period, equal to a maximum of 60,000 bonus yuu Points per Participant.

7.2 Participants may transfer more than this amount. Any Max Miles above the limit convert at the standard rate with no Bonus.

7.3 Where a single Qualifying Transfer crosses the limit, only the portion within the limit receives the Bonus.

Example: A Participant who has already transferred 90,000 Max Miles with the Bonus then transfers 20,000 Max Miles. The first 10,000 receive the Bonus (6,000 bonus yuu Points). The remaining 10,000 convert at the standard rate.

8.1 HeyMax may withhold, reverse, or cancel any Bonus, and disqualify any Participant, where it reasonably suspects fraud, abuse, or non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

8.2 Abuse includes, without limitation: using multiple, shared, or third-party accounts; transferring to a yuu account not belonging to the Participant; manipulating draws, payments, or reclaims to obtain qualification without a genuine draw; and exploiting any system error.

8.3 Where a Qualifying Draw is later reversed, cancelled, or refunded, HeyMax may reassess qualification and reverse any Bonus issued in reliance on it.

8.4 HeyMax may suspend Bonus issuance during an investigation. The Participant will be informed of the outcome and may contact HeyMax support to respond.

9.1 HeyMax may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect when published on this page.

9.2 The Bonus has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, Max Miles, or any other reward.

9.3 yuu Points, including bonus yuu Points, are subject to the yuu Rewards Club terms and conditions, including expiry rules.

9.4 HeyMax's decision on all Campaign matters is final. HeyMax is not liable for any loss arising from participation in the Campaign, delays by yuu in crediting points, or system outages, to the extent permitted by law.

9.5 Personal data is handled in accordance with the HeyMax Privacy Policy.

9.6 If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure by HeyMax to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.

9.7 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore.

9.8 These Terms and Conditions supplement the HeyMax Terms of Use. If there is a conflict, these Terms and Conditions prevail for the Campaign.
