How do I transfer Max Miles to Flying Blue?
Go to Redeem in the HeyMax app, tap Transfer Miles and choose Flying Blue.
Open the HeyMax app, go to Redeem and tap Transfer Miles.
Choose Flying Blue from the list of partners.
Enter your Flying Blue membership number.
Enter the amount of Max Miles to transfer, then review and confirm.
How many Flying Blue Miles will I receive?
You receive base Flying Blue Miles plus a bonus based on the size of each transfer.
Base miles: 1 Max Mile converts to 1 Flying Blue Mile.
Bonus miles: a percentage of the base Flying Blue Miles from that transfer.
Your bonus rate depends on the size of that transfer:
1,000 to 10,000 Max Miles: 25% bonus
10,001 to 50,000 Max Miles: 30% bonus
50,001 Max Miles or more: 35% bonus
Examples:
10,000 Max Miles: 10,000 base + 2,500 bonus = 12,500 Flying Blue Miles
30,000 Max Miles: 30,000 base + 9,000 bonus = 39,000 Flying Blue Miles
60,000 Max Miles: 60,000 base + 21,000 bonus = 81,000 Flying Blue Miles
Bonus miles are rounded down to the nearest whole mile.
Can I transfer more than once?
Yes. Each transfer during the campaign earns its own bonus, based on that transfer's size. There is no cap on the number of transfers or the total bonus miles you can earn.

The campaign runs from 00:00 on 4 November 2026 to 23:59 on 13 November 2026 (GMT+8).
Your transfer must complete successfully during this period to qualify.

Do I need to register for the campaign?
No. The bonus applies automatically to every eligible transfer you make during the campaign.
What do I need to make a transfer?
Before you transfer, make sure you have:
A verified HeyMax account.
A Flying Blue membership in your own name. The name must match your HeyMax account.
Enough Max Miles: at least 1,000, the minimum per transfer.
Getting your bonus miles
When will my bonus miles arrive?
Your base and bonus Flying Blue Miles are credited together when the transfer is processed, usually within 1 business day.
There is nothing to claim.

No. Each transfer is assessed on its own. Two transfers of 30,000 Max Miles earn 9,000 bonus miles each (18,000 in total), while one transfer of 60,000 earns 21,000.

Troubleshooting
My bonus miles are missing. What should I check?
Your bonus arrives with your base miles, so start by checking the transfer itself.

My transfer failed. What now?
Your Max Miles are not deducted when a transfer fails, so you can try again.
Failures are usually caused by an incorrect membership number or a name mismatch between your HeyMax and Flying Blue accounts. If you retry and it completes within the campaign period, it still qualifies.
Where should I ask about this transfer bonus?
Contact HeyMax support via the chat in the HeyMax app with your transaction ID.
Please don't contact Flying Blue directly, as HeyMax processes the transfer on your behalf.
Terms and Conditions
1. Campaign overview
1.1 The "Flying Blue up to 35% transfer bonus" campaign (the "Campaign") is offered through HeyMax.
1.2 The Campaign awards additional Flying Blue Miles on Qualifying Transfers as described in Section 5.
1.3 By participating, the Participant agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Campaign period
2.1 The Campaign runs from 00:00 on 4 November 2026 to 23:59 on 13 November 2026, GMT+8 (the "Campaign Period").
2.2 A transfer must complete successfully within the Campaign Period to qualify.
2.3 HeyMax may end the Campaign early with reasonable notice. Qualifying Transfers completed before early termination remain eligible.
3. Eligibility
3.1 A "Participant" is a registered HeyMax user with a valid and verified account and a Flying Blue membership who completes a Qualifying Transfer.
3.2 Participation is by automatic enrolment. No separate registration is required.
3.3 Transfers must be made through HeyMax where Flying Blue transfers are available. The Flying Blue account must be held in the Participant's own name, matching their HeyMax account.
3.4 Participation is limited to one HeyMax account per person. Suspended, restricted or fraudulent accounts are ineligible.
4. Qualifying transfers
4.1 A "Qualifying Transfer" is a successful transfer of Max Miles into Flying Blue Miles, completed by an eligible Participant during the Campaign Period and meeting the minimum transfer amount of 1,000 Max Miles.
4.2 Each transaction is assessed independently. Transfers cannot be accumulated or combined to reach a higher bonus tier.
4.3 The following do not qualify:
Transfers completed outside the Campaign Period.
Transfers to programmes other than Flying Blue.
Failed, incomplete, cancelled, reversed or refunded transfers.
Transfers into a Flying Blue account not held in the Participant's own name.
Duplicate, fraudulent or otherwise abusive transactions.
5. Bonus mechanics
5.1 The base conversion is 1 Max Mile to 1 Flying Blue Mile (the "Base Miles").
5.2 Additional Flying Blue Miles (the "Bonus Miles") are calculated on the Base Miles from each Qualifying Transfer at these rates:
25% when transferring 1,000 to 10,000 Max Miles.
30% when transferring 10,001 to 50,000 Max Miles.
35% when transferring 50,001 Max Miles or more.
5.3 The applicable rate applies to all Base Miles from the individual Qualifying Transfer. Other promotional or discretionary bonus miles are excluded.
5.4 Base Miles and Bonus Miles are credited together when the Qualifying Transfer is processed.
5.5 Fractional Bonus Miles are rounded down to the nearest whole mile.
5.6 There is no cap on the number of Qualifying Transfers or the total Bonus Miles a Participant may receive during the Campaign Period, subject to Section 6.
Example: A Participant receives 30,000 Base Miles from one Qualifying Transfer and 9,000 Bonus Miles, calculated as 30% of the Base Miles.
6. Fraud and abuse
6.1 HeyMax may withhold, deny, reverse or cancel Bonus Miles where fraud or abuse is suspected, including:
Operating multiple HeyMax accounts to obtain additional awards.
Artificially manipulating transactions or using another person's account.
Splitting transactions to circumvent an applicable restriction.
Obtaining awards on refunded, reversed or fraudulent transfers.
Transferring into a Flying Blue account belonging to another person.
6.2 HeyMax may suspend awards during an investigation, notify the Participant and allow the Participant to provide supporting information.
6.3 Confirmed abuse may result in forfeiture of affected awards and account closure.
7. General conditions
7.1 HeyMax may modify, suspend or terminate the Campaign, subject to applicable law and reasonable notice.
7.2 Max Miles and Flying Blue Miles are not redeemable for cash and hold no monetary value.
7.3 Transfers are final once confirmed. Participants should check their membership details and transfer amount before confirming.
7.4 Flying Blue Miles remain subject to the Flying Blue programme terms, including validity and expiry. Max Miles remain subject to the HeyMax Terms of Service.
7.5 By participating, the Participant consents to HeyMax processing their transfer data to administer the Campaign, in accordance with the HeyMax Privacy Policy. HeyMax's decisions on Campaign eligibility and awards are final, subject to applicable law.
7.6 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
7.7 A failure or delay in enforcing a provision does not waive HeyMax's right to enforce it later.
