How much bonus Avios do I collect?

Your bonus rate is set by the number of base Avios in one single conversion.

How is the bonus worked out?

Your bonus is a percentage of the base Avios from a single conversion, added on top of them.

Base Avios: 1 Max Mile converts to 1 Avios
Bonus Avios: the tier percentage applied to those base Avios

Example: converting 60,000 Max Miles gives you 60,000 base Avios. That lands in the 25% tier, so you collect 15,000 bonus Avios, for 75,000 Avios in total.

Can I convert more than once during the campaign?

Yes, and each conversion collects its own bonus at its own tier. Separate conversions are never added together to reach a higher tier.

Can I join this campaign?

Which conversions qualify?

When will my bonus Avios arrive?

Bonus Avios are credited to your Privilege Club account by 30 November 2026. Your base Avios arrive first, on the standard conversion timeline of one business day.

What can I use my Avios for?

You can spend Avios on award flights with Qatar Airways, oneworld® airlines and partner airlines, cabin upgrades, Qatar Airways Holidays packages, shopping and dining at Qatar Duty Free, Qatar Executive bookings, and the Privilege Club Collection. You can also use Cash + Avios to lower the cash price of a booking.

Common questions

Is it better to convert in one large transaction?

Yes, if you are close to a tier threshold. Because the tier is set per conversion, one conversion of 100,000 base Avios reaches a higher tier than two conversions of 50,000 base Avios each.

What happens right at a tier threshold?

The higher tier starts at the threshold itself. A single conversion of 50,000 base Avios sits in the higher tier, while 49,999 base Avios sits in the lower one.

Are my conversions added up at the end of the month?

No. Each conversion is assessed on its own. Accumulated conversions do not qualify for a combined bonus calculation.

What if I convert on 1 November 2026?

You will not collect a bonus. Bonus Avios are never awarded retroactively or for conversions outside the campaign period.

Can I reverse a conversion?

No. Once Avios are credited to your Privilege Club account the conversion is final and cannot be reversed or refunded.

What is the smallest amount I can convert?

1,000 Max Miles per conversion, which is the standard HeyMax minimum for Qatar Airways Privilege Club. Above that you can convert any amount up to your balance.

Do I need to be a Privilege Club member before I convert?

Yes. You must already be a Qatar Airways Privilege Club member at the time of conversion. Join at qatarairways.com/privilegeclub first, then link your membership number in HeyMax.

Troubleshooting

My bonus Avios have not appeared

Bonus Avios are credited by 30 November 2026, so wait until that date before raising a case. After it passes, contact HeyMax support with your conversion date, the number of Max Miles converted, and your Privilege Club membership number.

My base Avios arrived but the bonus is missing

This is expected. Base Avios and bonus Avios are credited separately, and the bonus follows by 30 November 2026.

My conversion did not go through

Check the points below, then try again.

Terms and Conditions

1. Overview

1.1 This campaign (the "Campaign") is organised by Qatar Airways Privilege Club and enables Privilege Club Members to earn up to 35% bonus Avios when they convert reward points earned with a Participating Partner ("Rewards Points") into Avios with Qatar Airways Privilege Club.

1.2 HeyMax is a Participating Partner under this Campaign. References to Rewards Points include Max Miles converted through HeyMax.

2. Campaign Period

2.1 The Campaign commences on 1 October 2026 at 00:00hrs (GMT+3) and ends on 31 October 2026 at 23:59hrs (GMT+3) (the "Campaign Period").

2.2 The bonus Avios will not be calculated retroactively under any circumstances. Where Rewards Points are converted to Avios after expiry of the Campaign Period, the Member will not be eligible to earn any bonus Avios under this Campaign.

3. Eligibility

3.1 The Campaign is open to all Privilege Club Members who are also customers of Participating Partners and hold Rewards Points.

3.2 The Member must hold a valid Privilege Club membership at the time of conversion in order to earn bonus Avios.

4. Qualifying Conversions

4.1 A qualifying conversion is a conversion of Rewards Points into Avios completed with Qatar Airways Privilege Club during the Campaign Period.

4.2 The conversion of Rewards Points to Avios is subject to the conversion ratio and the terms and conditions set forth by the relevant Participating Partner.

4.3 For conversions made through HeyMax, the Participant must comply with the HeyMax minimum conversion amount and account verification requirements in force at the time of conversion.

5. Bonus Mechanics

5.1 Privilege Club Members will earn bonus Avios on converting Rewards Points into Avios during the Campaign Period, at the following rates.

5.2 15% bonus Avios when converting up to 49,999 Avios. The bonus Avios will be 15% of the Avios earned from each individual conversion transaction.

5.3 25% bonus Avios when converting between 50,000 and 99,999 Avios. The bonus Avios will be 25% of the Avios earned from each individual conversion transaction.

5.4 35% bonus Avios when converting 100,000 Avios or more. The bonus Avios will be 35% of the Avios earned from each individual conversion transaction.

5.5 The bonus Avios will be calculated per transaction and not on the cumulative sum of Avios converted from Rewards Points during the Campaign Period. Accumulated transactions do not qualify.

Example: a single conversion producing 60,000 base Avios falls within clause 5.3 and earns 15,000 bonus Avios, for a total of 75,000 Avios.

6. Crediting

6.1 Bonus Avios will be credited as per the transaction date notified by the relevant Participating Partner to Qatar Airways Privilege Club.

6.2 Bonus Avios earned under this Campaign will be credited to a Member's Privilege Club account by 30 November 2026.

6.3 Once Avios have been credited to a Privilege Club account following a conversion of Rewards Points, the transaction will not be reversed.

7. General Conditions

7.1 All Avios awarded under this Campaign are subject to the Privilege Club Terms and Conditions.

7.2 All decisions made by Qatar Airways Privilege Club with respect to any matter relating to this Campaign shall be final.

7.3 Qatar Airways Privilege Club reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions and to terminate or otherwise amend this Campaign without prior notice, at its sole and absolute discretion, without incurring any liability or cost as a result of using such right.

7.4 Capitalised terms not otherwise defined in these Terms and Conditions shall have the meaning given to them in the Privilege Club Terms and Conditions.

8. Fraud and Abuse

8.1 Conversions structured with the purpose of obtaining a bonus rate that the individual transaction does not qualify for, or of obtaining more than one bonus on the same Rewards Points, do not qualify under this Campaign.

8.2 Qatar Airways Privilege Club reserves the right to remove any Avios and to close any Privilege Club account in accordance with the Privilege Club Terms and Conditions.

8.3 Where a conversion is under investigation, the crediting of bonus Avios for that conversion may be withheld until the investigation is concluded.
