You pay a lower access fee on every draw you make from your HeyMax First Miles Pool during the campaign period.

The access fee is what you pay each time you draw Max Miles from your pool. It is separate from the annual membership fee.

Your draw qualifies when HeyMax receives your access fee payment inside that window.

No. The discounted access fee is applied automatically when you draw miles during the campaign period.

Every tier gets 20% off, but the amount you save differs because each tier has its own access fee rate.

Higher tiers already pay a lower rate per mile, so 20% off a Reserve draw is a smaller dollar saving than 20% off a Silver draw.

It depends on your tier. Miles are drawn in blocks of 10,000, and these are the prices per block:

Example: a Gold member drawing 50,000 miles (five blocks) pays S$1,080 during the campaign instead of S$1,350.

No. The annual membership fee for Gold, Platinum and Reserve is unchanged and stays non-refundable. Silver has no membership fee.

You reclaim exactly what you paid, so you are not out of pocket either way. The discount means you tie up less cash upfront.

Example: a Silver member pays S$240 for a 10,000-mile block during the campaign, then reclaims the full S$240 once 10,000 earned miles are applied against that draw.

No. Reclaims still work in blocks of 10,000 miles, count only miles you earn through HeyMax activity, and are paid to your PayNow account. There is no deadline to reclaim.

1.1 The “20% off HeyMax First access fees” promotion (the “Promotion”) is operated by Max Now Pte. Ltd. (“HeyMax”).

1.2 The Promotion applies a 20% discount to the Access Fee payable on each Qualifying Draw completed during the Promotion Period.

1.3 “Access Fee”, “Draw”, “Earned Miles”, “Member”, “Miles Pool”, “Reclaim Process” and “Tier” carry the meanings given in the HeyMax First Terms of Use.

1.4 These Promotion terms supplement the HeyMax First Terms of Use and the HeyMax Terms of Use. Where there is any inconsistency, these Promotion terms prevail in relation to the Promotion only.

2.1 The Promotion Period runs from 25 September 2026, 00:00 to 27 September 2026, 23:59, Singapore time (GMT+8).

2.2 A Draw falls within the Promotion Period only where HeyMax successfully receives the Access Fee payment for that Draw inside the Promotion Period.

2.3 HeyMax may shorten, extend, suspend or terminate the Promotion prospectively where reasonably necessary for operational, legal, security or fraud-prevention reasons.

3.1 The Promotion is open to Members holding a valid HeyMax account registered in Singapore.

3.2 The Promotion applies to Members on each of the Silver, Gold, Platinum and Reserve Tiers.

3.3 The Member must have completed any identity verification required under the HeyMax First Terms of Use, including Singpass verification before a first Draw.

3.4 Each individual is entitled to one HeyMax First membership. Draws made through additional or duplicate accounts controlled by the same individual are not eligible.

3.5 HeyMax may refuse, suspend or limit participation where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, security, legal compliance or the operational integrity of HeyMax First.

4.1 A “Qualifying Draw” means a Draw of Max Miles from the Member’s available Miles Pool in a block of 10,000 Max Miles for which the Access Fee is successfully received by HeyMax during the Promotion Period.

4.2 Draws are permitted in blocks of 10,000 Max Miles only. Partial blocks are not permitted.

4.3 No Draw may exceed the available Miles Pool ceiling for the Member’s then-current Tier at the time of the Draw.

4.4 The Promotion does not apply to annual membership fees for paid Tiers, which remain payable in full and non-refundable.

4.5 The Promotion does not apply to any Draw for which payment is received before or after the Promotion Period, including a Draw initiated during the Promotion Period but paid for afterwards.

5.1 The Access Fee for each Qualifying Draw is charged at 80% of the standard per-mile Access Fee rate for the Member’s Tier as set out in Annex 1 of the HeyMax First Terms of Use.

5.2 The discount is applied to each Tier’s own standard rate. It is not a fixed monetary amount, and the value of the discount therefore differs between Tiers.

5.3 The resulting per-mile rates are SGD 0.024 (Silver), SGD 0.0216 (Gold), SGD 0.020 (Platinum) and SGD 0.0184 (Reserve).

5.4 The Access Fee applicable to a Qualifying Draw is determined by the Member’s Tier at the time that Draw is completed.

5.5 The discount is applied automatically at the point of Draw. No promotional code is required.

5.6 Where a Member upgrades Tier during the Promotion Period, Qualifying Draws completed after the upgrade takes effect are charged at the discounted rate for the new Tier, and previously completed Draws remain recorded at their original rates.

Example: a Platinum Member completes three Qualifying Draws totalling 30,000 Max Miles and pays an Access Fee of SGD 600 (30,000 × SGD 0.020) instead of SGD 750.

6.1 The discounted Access Fee actually paid on a Qualifying Draw is the original applicable draw rate for that Draw for the purposes of the Reclaim Process.

6.2 Amounts payable under the Reclaim Process in respect of a Qualifying Draw are therefore calculated at the discounted rate, and the Member remains eligible to reclaim the full amount actually paid.

6.3 Reclaims are made in blocks of 10,000 Max Miles, use Earned Miles only, and are applied in first-in-first-out order in accordance with the HeyMax First Terms of Use.

6.4 Where a Member holds Draws made at both discounted and standard rates, each Draw is unwound at its own original applicable rate in first-in-first-out order.

6.5 Payouts are made via PayNow to an account HeyMax can verify as linked to the Member, and no interest or other return accrues on any Access Fee pending payout.

7.1 The following conduct constitutes abuse of the Promotion: operating multiple or duplicate accounts, using another person’s identity or account, circumventing draw limits, tier requirements, identity checks or risk controls, initiating chargebacks or payment reversals on an Access Fee, and fabricating, manipulating or colluding to generate Earned Miles used in the Reclaim Process.

7.2 Manipulating Tier status, or the recorded timing or rate of a Draw, in order to obtain a reclaim greater than the Access Fee actually paid, constitutes abuse of the Promotion.

7.3 HeyMax may withhold, reverse, adjust, set off or recover the benefit of the Promotion, and may suspend or terminate the Member’s participation in HeyMax First, where it has reason to believe abuse has occurred.

7.4 HeyMax may place a hold on a Draw, reclaim eligibility or payout while an investigation is carried out. The Member will be informed where reasonably practicable and may provide information in response.

7.5 HeyMax’s records and determinations in respect of the Promotion are conclusive absent manifest error, and any discretion affecting a Member’s reclaim position shall be exercised reasonably.

8.1 HeyMax may vary, amend, suspend or withdraw the Promotion or these Promotion terms, subject to applicable law and to the notice provisions of the HeyMax First Terms of Use.

8.2 Max Miles, Miles Pool capacities and reclaim eligibility have no cash value, are not money, e-money or deposits, and are not redeemable for cash other than through the Reclaim Process.

8.3 Personal data collected in connection with the Promotion is processed in accordance with the HeyMax Privacy Policy at https://heymax.ai/company/policy.

8.4 To the maximum extent permitted by law, HeyMax is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the Promotion, and its aggregate liability is limited to the Access Fee amount in dispute.

8.5 If any provision of these Promotion terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

8.6 No failure or delay by HeyMax in exercising a right under these Promotion terms operates as a waiver of that right.

8.7 These Promotion terms, together with the HeyMax First Terms of Use and the HeyMax Terms of Use, form the entire agreement between HeyMax and the Member in relation to the Promotion.

8.8 These Promotion terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

8.9 By participating in the Promotion, the Member is deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Promotion terms.
