How do I transfer Max Miles to Malaysia Airlines Enrich?
You complete the transfer in the HeyMax app.
Open the HeyMax app and tap Redeem.
Select Malaysia Airlines.
Enter your 9-digit Enrich membership number, and your first and last name as they appear in your Enrich account.
Enter the amount of Max Miles to transfer, then review and confirm.
How many Enrich Points will I get?
You receive base Enrich Points, plus bonus points on top.
Base points: 1 Max Mile transfers into 1 Enrich Point.
Bonus points: an extra 20% of your base points.
Example: You transfer 5,000 Max Miles. You receive 5,000 base Enrich Points plus 1,000 bonus points, credited as one entry of 6,000 Enrich Points.
Do I need to sign up for the campaign?
No. The bonus applies automatically to eligible transfers made during the campaign period.
Does the bonus apply to other transfer partners?
No. Only transfers of Max Miles into Malaysia Airlines Enrich earn the bonus. Transfers to other airline, hotel or lifestyle partners are not included.

When does the campaign start and end?
The campaign runs from 8 October 2026, 12:00am to 7 January 2027, 11:59pm, Singapore time (GMT+8).
What if I transfer just before or just after the campaign?
Only transfers completed within the campaign period earn the bonus. A transfer completed outside the window receives base points only.

What do I need to make a transfer?
You need an Enrich membership in the same name as your HeyMax account, plus these details:
Membership number: your 9-digit Enrich number.
Name: your first and last name exactly as they appear in your Enrich account.
Getting your Enrich Points
When will my Enrich Points arrive?
Your base and bonus Enrich Points are credited together, as one entry, immediately after the transfer goes through. For example, 1,000 Max Miles shows as 1,200 Enrich Points in your Enrich account.
The transfer also appears under Activity in the HeyMax app.
When do my Enrich Points expire?
Enrich Points transferred from HeyMax are valid for 1 year from the date of your transfer.
This is shorter than the usual validity for Enrich Points, so plan to use them within the year.

Can I cancel a transfer after confirming it?

No. Transfers are final once confirmed and cannot be reversed. Check your membership number, name and transfer amount carefully before you confirm.
Can I transfer into someone else's Enrich account?

Troubleshooting
My bonus points are missing. What should I check?
Your bonus is included in the same entry as your base points, so check the total rather than looking for a separate bonus entry.

My transfer did not go through. What should I do?
Check that your 9-digit Enrich membership number and your first and last name match your Enrich account exactly, then try again.
Transfers fail when these details do not match. If they are correct and the transfer still fails, contact HeyMax support via the chat in the HeyMax app.

Terms and Conditions
1. Campaign Overview
1.1 The "Malaysia Airlines Enrich 20% transfer bonus" campaign (the "Campaign") is organised by HeyMax and awards bonus Enrich Points on Qualifying Transfers to Malaysia Airlines Enrich ("Enrich"), as set out in Section 5.
1.2 By participating in the Campaign, the Participant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Campaign Period
2.1 The Campaign runs from 8 October 2026, 12:00am to 7 January 2027, 11:59pm, Singapore time (GMT+8) (the "Campaign Period"). The Campaign Period is measured in Singapore time wherever the Participant is located.
2.2 HeyMax reserves the right to end the Campaign early with reasonable notice. Qualifying Transfers completed before any early termination remain eligible for the Bonus Points.
3. Eligibility
3.1 The Campaign is open to registered HeyMax users where Malaysia Airlines Enrich is offered as a redemption partner in the HeyMax app, currently Australia, Hong Kong and Singapore.
3.2 The Participant must hold an Enrich membership registered in the same name as their HeyMax account.
3.3 Participation is by auto-enrolment. No separate registration is required.
3.4 Participation is limited to one HeyMax account per person. Participants with suspended, restricted or flagged accounts are ineligible.
4. Qualifying Transfers
4.1 A "Qualifying Transfer" is a successful transfer of Max Miles into Enrich Points, completed by an eligible Participant within the Campaign Period.
4.2 The following do not qualify:
Transfers completed outside the Campaign Period
Transfers into loyalty programmes other than Enrich
Transfers that are cancelled, reversed, failed or incomplete
Transfers into an Enrich account not held in the Participant's own name
Duplicate or fraudulent transfers
5. Bonus Mechanics
5.1 Max Miles transfer into Enrich Points at the standard rate of 1 Max Mile to 1 Enrich Point (the "Base Points").
5.2 Each Qualifying Transfer earns additional Enrich Points equal to 20% of the Base Points for that transfer (the "Bonus Points").
5.3 Bonus Points are calculated on the Base Points only, and exclude any other promotional or discretionary award.
5.4 Base Points and Bonus Points are credited by Malaysia Airlines to the Participant's Enrich account as a single entry, immediately after a successful Qualifying Transfer.
5.5 Enrich Points transferred from HeyMax are valid for 1 year from the date of conversion.
Example: A Participant transfers 5,000 Max Miles and receives 5,000 Base Points. The Participant additionally receives 1,000 Bonus Points, being 20% of 5,000.
6. Fraud and Abuse
6.1 HeyMax reserves the right to withhold, deny, reverse or cancel Bonus Points where fraud or abuse is suspected, including but not limited to:
Creating or operating multiple HeyMax accounts to obtain additional Bonus Points
Splitting a single intended transfer into multiple transfers to circumvent any applicable limit
Transferring into an Enrich account belonging to another person
Manipulating the HeyMax platform to generate transfers artificially
Any activity inconsistent with normal personal use
6.2 HeyMax may suspend a Participant's Bonus Points during an investigation. The Participant will be informed of the suspected activity and may submit evidence in their defence.
6.3 Where abuse is confirmed, HeyMax may forfeit all earned and pending Bonus Points and permanently close the Participant's account.
7. General Conditions
7.1 HeyMax reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Campaign, or to amend these Terms and Conditions, at any time.
7.2 Max Miles and Enrich Points are not redeemable for cash and hold no monetary value.
7.3 Transfers of Max Miles are final once confirmed and cannot be reversed by the Participant.
7.4 Enrich Points credited under this Campaign are held in the Participant's Enrich account and are subject to the Enrich terms and conditions, including its rules on tier status.
7.5 Max Miles remain subject to the HeyMax Terms of Service.
7.6 By participating, the Participant consents to HeyMax collecting, using and processing their transfer data, including their Enrich membership number and name, for the purpose of administering the Campaign, in accordance with the HeyMax Privacy Policy.
7.7 In the event of a dispute, the decision of HeyMax shall be final and binding.
7.8 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore.
7.9 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
7.10 No failure or delay by HeyMax in enforcing any provision of these Terms and Conditions operates as a waiver of that provision.
