Q3. When does the campaign end?
A: The campaign runs until until 100 eligible users have completed all the required steps and all vouchers have been given out. After that, the promo code KKDAY50 will be disabled.
Q4. How do I know if the quota has been reached?
A: Please visit our social media account: @heymax.hk where we will share daily quota updates on Instagram Stories. Final eligibility still depends on you completing verification, and your first purchase on a first-come-first-served basis.
Q5. What counts as my “first purchase”?
A: Your first purchase is the first successful transaction after signing up with the promo code. There is no minimum spend and no specific merchant requirement, as long as it is an eligible transaction that can be tracked in HeyMax.
Q6. When will I receive my HK$50 KKday voucher?
A: You will receive your voucher within 7 working days after you have:
Signed up with promo code KKDAY50,
Linked your Visa card, and
Completed your first eligible purchase in-app.
The voucher will be sent via email to your registered HeyMax account, be sure to check your various email folders.
Q7. I completed everything but haven’t received my voucher yet. What should I do?
A:
Check that 7 working days have passed since your first purchase.
Confirm that you signed up as a new user and used the promo code KKDAY50.
Confirm that your account is verified and purchase is tracked.
If all conditions are met and it has been more than 7 working days, please contact HeyMax support with your HeyMax registered email and the date and approximate amount of your first Visa purchase.
Q8. I already have a HeyMax account. Can I still join?
A: No. This offer is limited to new HeyMax users only. Existing accounts are not eligible.
Q9. Can I receive more than one voucher if I create multiple accounts?
A: No. The offer is limited to one HK$50 KKday voucher per person. Duplicate or fraudulent accounts may be disqualified in line with HeyMax’s terms and conditions.
