  • Only Visa cards linked to HeyMax are eligible. Mastercard and other networks are not supported.

  • Miles are tracked as pending upon transaction authorization and confirmed upon settlement.

  • Refund policy: If you purchase is refunded, your transaction and corresponding Max Miles will be reversed.

  • Per-user earning is capped at 500 Max Miles per month during the campaign period.

  • HeyMax reserves the right to pause or end the campaign early.

  • How do I earn miles on HKTV Mall with my VISA linked card?

    Link your Visa card to HeyMax. Once linked, you automatically earn 4 HKD per mile spent at HKTV Mall — no vouchers, no extra steps. Just shop with your linked card.

  • Do I need to opt in to the campaign?

    No. If you already have a Visa card linked, you're automatically enrolled. New users just need to link a card from the HKTV merchant page.

  • How long does it take for my HKTV transaction to track?

    Transactions are confirmed by Visa after settlement, which typically takes 7-14 business days. You'll receive a push notification once miles are credited.

  • Is there a minimum spend to earn miles?

    No. There is no minimum spend to earn at HKTV Mall with your VISA linked card.

  • Can I still use HKTV vouchers?

    Yes. The existing voucher flow is unchanged. VISA linked spend is a faster alternative — you earn miles automatically without buying vouchers upfront. You can use whichever method you prefer.

  • How long does this campaign run?

  • What happens if I refund an HKTV purchase?

    If you purchase is refunded, your transaction and corresponding Max Miles will be reversed.
