What are Grab vouchers available on HeyMax?

Grab or GrabGifts vouchers are available for purchase or redemption with Max Miles on HeyMax app. These Grab vouchers are fulfilled by our voucher provider Wogi.

  • GrabGifts are one-stop vouchers that can be used on Transport, Food, Mart, or Express on Grab. This voucher cannot be used for Grab Dine-in.

  • This Grab voucher can only be redeemed on Grab app on your phone and logged in.

  • This eVoucher is applicable for your selected option in Singapore only.

How can I redeem these Grab vouchers in Grab app

Here's the step-by-step instructions to redeem these Grab vouchers:

  1. Click on the Activation URL, make sure you have installed Grab app on your phone and logged in.

  2. Click Pick Your Gift, then proceed with saving the voucher to your My Rewards page.

  3. Choose a service and pick a gift breakdown you prefer (if applicable).

  4. The voucher has been redeemed. Click View My Rewards.

  5. Go through the booking steps and click Offer to use your voucher.

How I can breakdown this Grab vouchers in Grab app?

The breakdown (or "unwrap") feature lets you split a high-value voucher into smaller amounts. This feature is managed by Grab, not HeyMax — so the options you see depend on your country and voucher amount.

To break down your voucher:

  1. Open your voucher in the Grab app

  2. If breakdown is available, you'll see a "Gift Breakdown" page with different options (e.g., 4 x $22 or 2 x $44)

  3. Tap the option you want — this step is required

  4. Once you select an option, your vouchers will appear in My Rewards

Important: If you don't tap one of the breakdown options, your vouchers won't show up in My Rewards. This is the most common issue we see, make sure you complete step 3.

If you don't see any breakdown options when redeeming, your voucher amount or market may not support this feature. Grab controls which denominations can be broken down, and this can change without notice.

What does "single transaction only" mean?

When you tap the info icon on your voucher, you might see Grab's T&Cs mention "single transaction only."

This just means each individual voucher can only be used for one purchase. It doesn't affect your ability to break down a larger voucher.

For example: if you break down an $88 voucher into 4 x $22 vouchers, each $22 voucher is used for one order — but you now have four separate vouchers to use across different purchases.
