1. How do I convert?
Tap on “Redeem” tab > “See all Transfer Partners” > Select “MTR Mobile”
Tap “Confirm” > Select a tier to redeem
Copy Redemption Code provided > Click “Redeem Voucher” and you will be redirected to the MTR Mobile app
4a. If you are already logged in to MTR Mobile you will land on the “Promotion Code” page with the pre-filled Redemption Code > Select “Submit” to redeem the MTR Points; OR
4b. If you have not logged in MTR Mobile, you will land on the “Log In” page. Log in to your MTR Mobile account > Select “MTR Points” from the navigation bar > Select “Promotion Code” > Paste the Redemption Code provided > Select “Submit” to redeem the MTR Points
2. Can I convert multiple times?
Yes, as many times as you like, provided you have sufficient Miles.
3. When do I get my MTR Points?
Instantly, once the code is entered and successfully redeemed in MTR Mobile.
4. How long does this redemption last for?
The redemption period will be 4 Aug 2026 – 30 Apr 2027. However, please note that MTR Mobile imposes an expiry date on MTR Points redeemed.
5. Do MTR Points expire?
MTR Mobile imposes an expiry date on MTR Points redeemed. MTR Points redeemed on MTR Mobile before or on 31 Oct 2026 will expire on 3 Nov 2026. MTR Points redeemed between 1 Nov 2026 – 30 Apr 2027 will expire on 3 May 2027. For details, please refer to MTR Points Promotion Terms and Conditions.
6. What can MTR Points be used for?
MTR Points can be redeemed for MTR free rides, MTR Malls eVouchers, MTR Shops eVouchers, MTR souvenirs and other merchant vouchers via MTR Mobile. MTR may amend the redemption options. MTR Points are subject to MTR Points Promotion Terms and Conditions.

3. Redemption Codes
Codes are unique, single-use, and non-transferable. They cannot be exchanged for cash. HeyMax is not liable for lost or misused codes once displayed.

Expiry — MTR Mobile imposes an expiry date on MTR Points redeemed. MTR Points redeemed on MTR Mobile before or on 31 Oct 2026 will expire on 3 Nov 2026. MTR Points redeemed between 1 Nov 2026 – 30 Apr 2027 will expire on 3 May 2027. For details, please refer to MTR Points Promotion Terms and Conditions.
No reversals — Conversions are final once confirmed.
Disputes — Miles/code issues: contact HeyMax in-app support. Points crediting issues: contact “MTR Points” Service Hotline (2993 4375).
Privacy — HeyMax does not share personal data with MTR. Codes are anonymous and handled per HeyMax's Privacy Policy.
Amendments — HeyMax may modify or discontinue this feature at any time with reasonable advance notice via in-app or push notification.
