How it works
How do I convert yuu Points into Max Miles?
You start the conversion in the yuu app and finish it in HeyMax.
Open the yuu app and choose to convert your yuu Points to Max Miles.
yuu issues you a unique Max Miles code.
Open the HeyMax app, tap your profile icon, then tap "Redeem a code".
Enter your code and tap "Redeem" to credit the Max Miles to your account.
What is the conversion rate?
Every 3.6 yuu Points convert into 1 Max Mile.
Example: 3,600 yuu Points convert into 1,000 Max Miles.
How much can I convert at once?
Conversions come in three fixed amounts: 500, 1,000, or 10,000 Max Miles. In yuu Points, that is 1,800, 3,600, or 36,000 points.
You cannot convert amounts in between. To convert more, redeem more than one voucher and combine them, up to the monthly cap.
How long until my Max Miles appear?
Your Max Miles are credited to your balance as soon as you successfully redeem the code in the HeyMax app.

Yes. Redemptions through HeyMax's voucher system are capped at 50,000 Max Miles per HeyMax account each calendar month.
This is a shared limit across all voucher-based redemptions. The counter resets at the start of each calendar month.
Who can convert yuu Points to Max Miles?
This conversion is available only to HeyMax accounts registered in Singapore.
Eligible: HeyMax accounts with a Singapore country profile.
Not eligible: Accounts registered in other countries.

My code was not accepted. What should I check?
Your HeyMax country profile is set to Singapore.
You entered the code exactly as shown, with no extra spaces.
You have not already reached the 50,000 Max Miles monthly voucher cap, which is shared across all voucher partners.
The code has not passed its expiry date.
If everything checks out and the code still fails, contact HeyMax support with your code and the email on your account.
I can't redeem my Max Miles for a partner transfer yet. Why?
Brand-new accounts may need to complete at least one qualifying earning activity, such as an eligible shopping transaction, before redeeming Max Miles for partner transfers or FlyAnywhere.
This is a standard account-security check. If you believe this is in error, contact HeyMax support.

1. Eligibility
1.1 This conversion is available only to yuu Rewards members redeeming through the yuu app, with a HeyMax account registered in Singapore.
1.2 A HeyMax account must be created before an eligible user may redeem a Max Miles code.
2. Conversion and Crediting
2.1 Max Miles are issued as a unique code, redeemable in the HeyMax app. Upon successful redemption, Max Miles are credited to the user's Max Miles balance.
2.2 Max Miles codes may only be redeemed in the HeyMax account belonging to the yuu member. Redemption into any other account is not permitted.
2.3 Max Miles codes are issued in fixed denominations of 500, 1,000, and 10,000 Max Miles.
3. Limits
3.1 Redemption of Max Miles codes is capped at 50,000 Max Miles per HeyMax account per calendar month.
3.2 This cap applies across all voucher-based redemptions on HeyMax.
4. Validity
4.1 Max Miles codes must be redeemed by 31 May 2027. Expired codes will not be extended, replaced, or reissued.
4.2 Max Miles are non-transferable once redeemed and cannot be moved to another account.
5. General
5.1 HeyMax reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
5.2 HeyMax reserves the right to void, decline, reverse, or disqualify any Max Miles code or redemption at its sole discretion, including cases involving non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions, suspected misuse, fraud, or abuse of the programme.
