What is this feature?
You can transfer your Max Miles to Wyndham Rewards points. Use these points to book flights, hotels, activities, and other rewards on Wyndham's platform.
How does redemption work?
Choose the amount of miles you want to transfer and select your voucher denomination. Your Max Miles convert into Wyndham Rewards vouchers, which you redeem in your Wyndham account. Transfers process immediately with no fees.
What do I need to get started?
You need:
A valid Wyndham Rewards membership account
At least 1,000 Max Miles in your HeyMax account
A verified HeyMax account
How do I transfer my Max Miles?
Open the HeyMax app and go to "Redeem"
Select "Transfer Miles"
Choose Wyndham Rewards from the list
Select your quantity and voucher denomination
Review the details and confirm your transfer
Can I gift vouchers to someone else?
No. Vouchers redeemed with your Max Miles can only be used in your own Wyndham Rewards account. Selling, trading, or transferring vouchers to others is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
Can I buy or sell vouchers?
No. Buying, selling, or trading Max Miles vouchers is strictly prohibited. Vouchers are for personal use only and must be redeemed in your own Wyndham Rewards account. Violating this policy may result in:
Immediate account suspension or termination
Forfeiture of unredeemed vouchers and Max Miles
Legal action where applicable

What is the minimum transfer amount?
The minimum is 1,000 Max Miles in any available voucher denomination.
What is the maximum transfer amount?
You can transfer up to your total available Max Miles balance. There are no daily or monthly limits.
Can I cancel or change a transfer?
No. All redemptions are final once confirmed and cannot be reversed or refunded. Please review your transfer details carefully before confirming.
What happens after I redeem vouchers?
Your Max Miles are deducted immediately. Your voucher is issued right away and can be found in your voucher list on your profile page. Track your transfer in your HeyMax transaction history.
What if my redemption fails?
Redemption may fail due to insufficient miles, temporary system issues, or account verification problems. Wait a few minutes and try again. If the problem continues, contact HeyMax support.
What if I need to verify my account?
If you haven't completed account verification, you'll be prompted to do so before transferring. Verification typically requires confirming your phone number and personal details.
