You invite friends using your unique link. When your friend successfully completes the necessary steps (Phone Number Verification and Confirmed Purchase), they get a 200 Max Miles head start, and you earn either 200 Max Miles (Explorer Tier) or 500 Max Miles (Jetsetter Tier).
Only new users (Referees) who sign up for HeyMax on or after January 1, 2026, will qualify for rewards under this new program structure.

Transaction Exclusion: Please note that any transaction related to Chocolate Finance is excluded and will not count as a confirmed purchase toward program qualification.

No. The higher 500 Max Miles reward rate applies only progressively, starting with your 11th Qualified Referral. All previous rewards remain at the 200 Max Miles rate earned during the Explorer Tier.

Your friend has a 180-day window from their sign-up date to complete both the Phone Number Verification and the Confirmed Purchase. If they fail to complete both steps within this timeframe, the referral will expire, and no reward will be issued.
