2.6 Transactions classified under the following Merchant Category Codes are excluded from Qualified spend: 4900, 6513, 7349 (utilities, rentals and cleaning services); 4829, 5960, 6010, 6011, 6012, 6051, 6211, 6300, 6540 (financial institutions, securities brokers, quasi cash, insurance, stored value card purchase or load, and wire transfer); 7995 (gambling); 8211, 8220, 8241, 8244, 8249, 8299 (educational institutions); 8398, 8651, 8661, 9211, 9222, 9223, 9311, 9399, 9402, 9405 (charitable services, political organisations, religious organisations and government payments); and 7299, 7399, 8999 (other services). This exclusion list also applies to Trust Freedom Card ongoing rewards.

3.1 Trust Bank issues a separate unique Max Miles code each time the Participant reaches and Trust Bank confirms an applicable Qualified spend threshold: S$1,000 (20,000 Max Miles), a cumulative S$5,000 (a further 30,000 Max Miles), and a cumulative S$15,000 (a further 50,000 Max Miles). A Participant who reaches all three thresholds receives three separate codes totalling 100,000 Max Miles.

3.2 Codes are issued as scratch cards in the Trust app and are redeemed on HeyMax.

3.3 Successful redemption credits the stated Max Miles value to the Participant's HeyMax account.

4.1 A Participant may receive up to 100,000 Max Miles in total under this welcome bonus offer, across one HeyMax account. This cap applies to this offer only and does not limit any other Max Miles a Participant may otherwise hold or earn.

4.2 A HeyMax account is required before redemption.

4.3 A code may be redeemed only in the HeyMax account belonging to the Trust Bank customer who received it.

4.4 HeyMax and Trust Bank may request proof of receipt of a code, and may reverse Max Miles credited from that code where proof is not provided.

4.5 Max Miles are non-transferable after redemption.
