How to join

How do I qualify for this promotion?

Link your Visa card to your HeyMax account and use the same card to pay for your GetGo bookings during the promotion period.

  1. Open the HeyMax app and link a Visa credit or debit card to your HeyMax account.

  2. Book and pay for your GetGo rides with that Visa card, Monday to Friday.

  3. Reach S$100 net eligible weekday spend within a single weekly window to unlock 5 Max Miles per S$1.

Do I need to sign up for this promotion separately?

No separate sign-up is required. As long as you are a HeyMax user paying for GetGo with your linked Visa card, your eligible weekday spend is tracked automatically.


How you earn

How many Max Miles do I earn?

You earn 5 Max Miles for every S$1 of net eligible GetGo spend in a weekly Aggregation Window, once you hit the S$100 minimum.

Example: S$120 of net eligible weekday spend earns 600 Max Miles that week.

What counts as eligible spend?

All GetGo charges on a Monday to Friday booking count towards your net eligible spend.

  • ✅ Time charge

  • ✅ Mileage charge

  • ✅ Booking extensions

  • ❌ Weekend charges (Saturday and Sunday)

  • ❌ Separate surcharges billed outside the booking (e.g. late return, damage fees)

When does each weekly window start and end?

Each Aggregation Window runs from Monday 00:00 SGT to Friday 23:59 SGT. Spend resets every Monday and does not carry over to the next week.

What does "net eligible spend" mean?

Net eligible spend is the final amount you pay after any discounts, promotions, or vouchers are applied. If your weekly total after discounts falls below S$100, no Max Miles are awarded for that week.


When do you get your Max Miles

When will my Max Miles appear in my HeyMax account?

Eligible Max Miles are credited up to 30 business days after your GetGo transactions are confirmed.


Common questions

My booking runs across a weekend. Does the whole trip count?

Only charges billed on weekdays count. Any portion of the time or mileage charge attributed to Saturday or Sunday is excluded from your net eligible spend.

I paid with a card not linked to HeyMax. Can I still earn?

No. Only bookings paid with a Visa card linked to your HeyMax account qualify.

I got a refund on a GetGo booking. What happens to my Max Miles?

Refunded amounts are removed from your net eligible spend. If a refund brings your weekly total below S$100, Max Miles for that week will not be awarded or may be reversed.

Do Max Miles redemptions on GetGo vouchers count?

No. This promotion only covers direct GetGo bookings paid with your linked Visa card. Voucher and gift card redemptions on HeyMax are separate.

Does linking my Visa card to HeyMax verify my GetGo account?

No. GetGo account verification remains subject to GetGo's own policy and is not affected by this promotion.

Why didn't I receive my Max Miles?

Run through this checklist:

  • ✅ Your Visa card is linked and active in HeyMax?

  • ✅ You paid for GetGo with that linked Visa card?

  • ✅ Your net eligible spend between Monday and Friday reached S$100?

  • ✅ It has been within 30 business days of your GetGo transactions being confirmed?

If all of the above apply and your Max Miles are still missing, contact HeyMax support with your booking date, amount, and the last 4 digits of the card used.


Terms and Conditions

1. Overview

1.1 This promotion ("Drive for Miles") is a joint offer by GetGo Carsharing Pte Ltd ("GetGo") and HeyMax that rewards Max Miles for qualifying GetGo spend during the Promotion Period.

1.2 By participating, Participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Promotion Period

2.1 The Promotion Period runs from 04 May 2026 to 31 July 2026, both dates inclusive (Singapore Time, GMT+8).

2.2 Only bookings scheduled and completed within the Promotion Period are eligible.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Open to individuals who are both registered GetGo users and registered HeyMax users.

3.2 Participants must have a valid Visa card linked to their HeyMax account and use the same card to pay for GetGo bookings.

3.3 Participation in this promotion does not guarantee verification of a Participant's GetGo account. Account verification remains subject to GetGo's policies.

4. Aggregation Window

4.1 An "Aggregation Window" runs weekly from Monday 00:00 SGT to Friday 23:59 SGT within the Promotion Period.

4.2 Qualifying spend does not carry over between Aggregation Windows.

5. Qualifying Transactions

5.1 Qualifying Transactions are GetGo charges billed during an Aggregation Window, including time charge, mileage charge, and booking extensions.

5.2 Charges incurred on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) are excluded.

5.3 Separate surcharges (such as late return fees, damage fees, or administrative fees) billed outside the booking transaction are excluded.

6. Net Eligible Spend

6.1 "Net Eligible Spend" means the final transaction amount payable after all discounts, promotions, and vouchers have been applied.

6.2 No Max Miles are issued if the Net Eligible Spend within a single Aggregation Window is below S$100.

7. Reward Mechanics

7.1 Participants who meet the S$100 minimum Net Eligible Spend in an Aggregation Window earn 5 Max Miles for every S$1 of Net Eligible Spend in that window.

Example: S$150 of Net Eligible Spend in a single Aggregation Window earns 750 Max Miles.

7.2 Max Miles are credited to the Participant's HeyMax account up to 30 business days after the relevant GetGo transactions are confirmed.

7.3 Max Miles are subject to a limited issuance pool and may be withdrawn once the pool is fully allocated.

8. Refunds and Reversals

8.1 Refunded amounts are deducted from the Participant's Net Eligible Spend in the relevant Aggregation Window.

8.2 If a refund reduces the Net Eligible Spend below S$100, Max Miles for that Aggregation Window will not be awarded, or if already credited, may be reversed.

9. Fraud and Abuse

9.1 GetGo and HeyMax may disqualify any Participant suspected of abusing the promotion, including transaction splitting, multi-accounting, card cycling, or refund farming.

9.2 Max Miles issued in connection with fraudulent or abusive activity may be reversed.

10. General Conditions

10.1 GetGo and HeyMax reserve the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend, alter, or conclude any part or the whole of these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.

10.2 Max Miles are not exchangeable for cash and are governed by the HeyMax Terms of Service.

10.3 In the event of a dispute, the decision of GetGo and HeyMax is final.
