1. Program Overview

1.1 Organizer: The “What’s In The Suitcase" campaign (the "Campaign") is organized and sponsored by HeyMax.

1.2 Campaign Period: The Campaign is valid from 27th April 2026, 00:00 (SGT) to 11th May 2026, 23:59 (SGT).

1.3 Binding Agreement: By participating in this Campaign, users agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any subsequent amendments made by the Organizer.

2. Eligibility

2.1 General Requirements: To be an "Eligible User," participants must be registered HeyMax users with a valid, active account.

2.2 Geographic Limitation: This Campaign is applicable only to users residing in Singapore (SG).

2.3 Method of Participation: * Participation is strictly via opt-in. Entrants must submit their guess via the official Campaign landing page.

  • All participants must be registered HeyMax members.

  • New Users must successfully complete the sign-up process and submit their final answers within the HeyMax mobile application to qualify.
    2.4 Entry Deadline: All submissions and registration requirements must be completed within the specific timeframe defined in Section 1.2.

3. Reward Structure & Mechanics

3.1 Qualification: To qualify for the prize draw, participants must complete all four (4) mandatory questions.

3.2 Selection Criteria:

  • Estimation Questions (Q1 & Q2): The winner(s) will be the participant(s) whose submission is closest to the verified correct answer (absolute mathematical proximity).

  • Knowledge Questions (Q3 & Q4): Correct responses are a prerequisite for eligibility. Incorrect responses to these questions will result in immediate disqualification from the prize pool.

3.3 The Contest Questions:

  • Q1: Guess the number of miles in the suitcase. (Closest answer wins)

  • Q2: How many Max Miles is a round-trip business class flight to Tokyo? (Closest answer wins)

  • Q3: Which merchants can you earn Max Miles from? (Multiple Choice - Correct answer required)

  • Q4: What can you do with Max Miles? (Multiple Choice - Correct answer required)

3.4 Tie-Breaking Rule: In the event of a tie (two or more participants providing the same closest answer for Q1 or Q2), the participant who completed their app registration and submission first, based on the HeyMax system timestamp, will be declared the winner.

3.5 Eligibility by Tier: *

  • Grand Prize: Open to all users (both existing and new).

  • Consolation Prizes: Reserved exclusively for New Users (as defined in Section 4.1).

4. Reward, Payout & Timing

4.1 Prize Tiers:

  • Grand Prize: One (1) winner will receive 80,000 Max Miles, equivalent to a Business Class Round Trip flight to Tokyo or Korea.

    • Miles required are estimates based on redemption data from 10 April 2026 for departures from Singapore and are subject to change. Redemption includes low-cost carriers and full-service carriers. Actual miles required for redemption may vary depending on factors such as the airline, seasonality, and real-time availability. Awarded miles cover base fare only; taxes, fees, and carrier surcharges apply. The awarded miles do not guarantee the successful redemption of a flight and are subject to airline's redemption availability at the time of booking.

  • Consolation Prizes: Three (3) winners will each receive 15,000 Max Miles, equivalent to a Round Trip flight to Bali.

    • Note: A "New User" is defined as an individual who registered their HeyMax account during the Campaign Period.
      4.2 Winner Announcement: Winners will be officially announced on 18th May 2026 via HeyMax’s official social media channels and/or the email address associated with the winner's account.
      4.3 Payout & Fulfillment: * Miles will be credited directly to the winners’ verified HeyMax accounts within 14 business days following the announcement.

  • Miles are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other credit.

  • Awarded miles cover the base fare equivalent; any additional taxes, fuel surcharges, or booking fees remain the responsibility of the winner.

5. Anti-Fraud & Exclusions

5.1 Single Account Policy: Each participant is permitted only one (1) entry. Any individual found participating via multiple accounts, aliases, or automated bots will be disqualified.

5.2 Fraudulent Activity: HeyMax reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be:

  • Tampering with the entry process or Campaign operation.

  • Engaging in "syndicate" behavior (coordinating guesses to cover a mathematical range).

  • Using "temporary" or "disposable" email services.
    5.3 New User Verification: To qualify for Consolation Prizes, accounts must pass standard verification. HeyMax reserves the right to withhold prizes if an account is flagged for high-risk activity.
    5.4 Exclusions: Employees, directors, officers, and immediate family members (spouses, parents, siblings, children) of HeyMax, its parent companies, subsidiaries, or associated advertising agencies are ineligible.
    5.5 Right to Audit: HeyMax reserves the right to request proof of identity and residency. Failure to provide such proof within 7 days of the request will result in forfeiture of the prize.

6. General Conditions

6.1 Modification: HeyMax reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Campaign if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its control impairs the integrity of the Campaign.

6.2 Data Privacy: By participating, users consent to the collection and use of their personal data by HeyMax for the purposes of administration, winner notification, and marketing, in accordance with the HeyMax Privacy Policy.

6.3 Final Decision: All decisions made by HeyMax regarding the selection of winners and the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions are final and binding.

How do I participate?

Can existing users win the Consolation Prize?

No. The Grand Prize is open to all, but the 3 Consolation Prizes are reserved strictly for "New Users" who register during the campaign period.

What if two people guess the same number?

We use a "Fastest Finger First" rule. If there is a tie for the closest answer, the participant with the earlier system timestamp on their submission wins.

Do I need to get all questions right to win?

Yes and no. You must get the Multiple Choice questions (Q3 & Q4) correct to qualify. For the estimation questions (Q1 & Q2), you just need to be the closest to the correct answer.

How will winners be announced?

Winners will be notified via their registered email and announced on HeyMax social media channels on 18th May 2026.

Can I exchange my Miles for cash?

No. Max Miles are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, though they can be redeemed for flights, hotels, and gift cards.
