Three bonus offers run during the campaign period.

You receive an additional 10% on top of the GarudaMiles earned from each qualifying conversion. This is capped at 50,000 bonus GarudaMiles per member, per partner.

Example: A 100,000 GarudaMiles conversion earns 100,000 base plus 10,000 bonus, for 110,000 GarudaMiles in total.

First-time converters receive a 30% bonus instead of the 10% bonus. This is capped at 50,000 bonus GarudaMiles per member, across all GarudaMiles partners combined.

Example: A first-time converter earning 100,000 GarudaMiles receives 100,000 base plus 30,000 bonus, for 130,000 GarudaMiles in total.

Earn GarudaMiles through at least 5 non-flight partners during the campaign and hit one of two milestones.

Example: Earning 50,000 GarudaMiles each across 5 different non-flight partners (250,000 total) qualifies for Tier 1 and 25,000 extra bonus GarudaMiles. Earning 100,000 or more from a single partner does not qualify, because the 5-partner threshold is not met.

Eligible conversions must be made between 20 May 2026 and 23 June 2026. Bonus calculations are based on your conversion request date, not the date the transfer file is submitted to GarudaMiles.

Conversions to GarudaMiles via HeyMax and other non-flight GarudaMiles partners qualify.

No. The 30% first-converter bonus replaces the 10% bonus for eligible members. All other members earn the standard 10%.

Yes. You can convert Max Miles to GarudaMiles multiple times during the campaign period, and each eligible conversion counts toward the bonuses, subject to the per-member caps.

Bonus GarudaMiles are credited no later than 60 days after the campaign ends, by 22 August 2026. The bonus is calculated and issued by GarudaMiles directly.

Bonus GarudaMiles are valid for 12 months from the date they are credited to your GarudaMiles account.

Claims for missing bonus miles must be submitted to GarudaMiles by 30 September 2026.

Bonus GarudaMiles can take up to 60 days after the campaign ends, until 22 August 2026. If they have not appeared by then, contact HeyMax support with your conversion date, the number of Max Miles converted, and your GarudaMiles member ID.

Eligibility for the 30% bonus is determined by GarudaMiles based on your non-flight earning history. If you believe there is an error, contact HeyMax support and we will raise an enquiry with GarudaMiles.

1.1 The "GarudaMiles Bonus Conversion Campaign" (the "Campaign") is a promotional offer providing bonus GarudaMiles to GarudaMiles members for qualifying conversions through HeyMax and other GarudaMiles non-flight partners.

1.2 The Campaign comprises three offers: a 10% bonus on qualifying conversions, a 30% bonus for first-time converters, and an Extra Bonus Miles Challenge of up to 50,000 GarudaMiles.

2.1 The Campaign Period runs from 20 May 2026 to 23 June 2026 (both dates inclusive), based on Western Indonesia Time ("WIB", GMT+7).

2.2 Conversions are eligible based on the customer transaction date, not the date the transfer file is submitted to GarudaMiles.

3.1 The Campaign is open to all GarudaMiles members ("Participants") in good standing.

3.2 The 30% first-converter bonus is restricted to Participants who have not earned any GarudaMiles through any GarudaMiles non-flight partner between 1 January 2025 and 31 March 2026. Miles earned via Garuda Co-Brand Credit or Debit Cards and Buy Miles through Garuda channels are disregarded for this eligibility check.

3.3 Participants ineligible for the 30% bonus automatically receive the 10% bonus, subject to the qualifying transaction rules in Section 4.

4.1 Eligible transactions are GarudaMiles earnings via non-flight channels, including bank and non-bank point redemptions and conversions through HeyMax.

4.2 Excluded: miles earned via Garuda Co-Brand Credit and Debit Cards, and miles purchased through Garuda channels (Buy Miles).

4.3 Multiple qualifying conversions during the Campaign Period are permitted and each counts toward the bonus calculation, subject to the caps in Section 5.

5.1 10% Bonus: 10% of GarudaMiles earned per qualifying conversion, capped at 50,000 bonus GarudaMiles per Participant, per partner during the Campaign Period.

5.2 30% First-Converter Bonus: 30% of GarudaMiles earned per qualifying conversion, capped at 50,000 bonus GarudaMiles per Participant across all GarudaMiles partners.

5.3 Extra Bonus Miles Challenge tiers: 25,000 GarudaMiles for accumulating at least 100,000 GarudaMiles across at least 5 non-flight partners; 50,000 GarudaMiles for accumulating at least 200,000 GarudaMiles across at least 10 non-flight partners.

5.4 The Challenge is not valid for Buy Miles via Garuda channels. For co-branded card channels, eligibility is determined by transactions made during the Campaign Period, not billing-cycle miles.

5.5 Bonus GarudaMiles are valid for 12 months from the date credited.

6.1 All bonus GarudaMiles will be credited to eligible Participants no later than 60 days after the Campaign ends.

6.2 Claims for missing or incorrectly credited bonus miles must be received by GarudaMiles no later than 30 September 2026.

7.1 Garuda Indonesia and HeyMax reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice.

7.2 Bonus GarudaMiles are not exchangeable for cash and are subject to the GarudaMiles programme terms and conditions.

7.3 If a transaction date is recorded in error, the resulting bonus will be charged to the partner responsible for the error.

7.4 All decisions made by Garuda Indonesia regarding bonus eligibility and crediting are final.

8.1 Garuda Indonesia and HeyMax reserve the right to disqualify any Participant suspected of fraudulent activity, including but not limited to multi-accounting, transaction splitting to circumvent caps, or misrepresentation of transaction dates.

8.2 Bonus GarudaMiles credited as a result of fraudulent activity will be forfeited.
