Yes, but the same video cross-posted across platforms counts as separate submissions toward your 2-submission limit. Only the highest-performing URL for that video is used for tiering, and each video URL can be submitted only once.

Your content must stay public and accessible from your submission date through the monthly review date. Deleted or private content cannot be verified, is disqualified, and any associated Miles are forfeited.

No. Views are measured only at the video URL you submitted. Reposts, duets, and stitches by other users are not counted.

Yes, but accounts created less than 60 days before submission are automatically flagged for manual review. HeyMax may also request proof of organic reach, such as analytics screenshots.

Submissions are disqualified when they break the Program rules. Common reasons include:

Contact HeyMax support within 14 days of your disqualification notice to request a review. HeyMax reviews every appeal but is not obligated to reverse the original decision, which is final.

“Share Your Max” (the “Program”) is an always-on user-generated content rewards program operated by Max Now Pte. Ltd. (“HeyMax”, “we”, “us”). Registered HeyMax users may submit short-form video content about their genuine HeyMax experience (“Content”) and earn Max Miles rewards based on the public view count of their submission. By submitting Content to the Program, you (the “Creator” or “you”) agree to these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”).

View counts are measured at the submitted video URL only — reposts, duets, and stitches by other users are not counted. View counts are captured and finalized on the last Friday of each calendar month and are final as captured; no retroactive adjustments will be made for later view changes. Each Creator is rewarded based on their single highest-performing submitted video; if you submit two videos, both are eligible independently. Max Miles are credited to your in-app wallet within 30 days of the monthly review date. HeyMax reserves the right to disqualify any content that violates these Terms at any time, including after an initial review.

By submitting your video to the Program, you grant HeyMax a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to reproduce, repost, adapt, and display your submitted Content (in whole or in part) across HeyMax's owned social channels, marketing materials, and paid advertising, for the duration of the Program and a reasonable period thereafter for archival and campaign-retrospective purposes. You retain ownership of your original Content. HeyMax will provide creator attribution where practicable when resharing Content on owned social channels.

The Program's view-based reward model makes fraud prevention critical. The following applies in addition to HeyMax's internal Anti-Fraud & Account Integrity Policy:

Information collected via the submission form (name, HeyMax email, HeyMax username, video URL, platform, and content description) is used solely to administer the Program, verify eligibility, and credit Max Miles rewards. Data is handled in accordance with HeyMax's Privacy Policy and Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Data is retained for the duration of the Program and a reasonable period thereafter for audit and dispute-resolution purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HeyMax is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program, including but not limited to loss of expected Max Miles, platform outages affecting view tracking, or third-party platform policy changes that interrupt view visibility. You, on behalf of yourself and your heirs, representatives, successors, and assigns, hereby fully and irrevocably release and discharge HeyMax and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents (“Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (“Claims”) of any nature whatsoever, whether known or unknown, arising out of or in connection with the creation, production, publication, and/or distribution of any content under this Agreement. You further undertake not to commence or maintain any action, claim, or proceeding against HeyMax in any jurisdiction in respect of any matter so released. Nothing in this release shall operate to exclude or restrict any liability that cannot be excluded or restricted under applicable Singapore law, including liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

You shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all Claims arising out of or in connection with the creation, production, publication, or distribution of the Content, including any distribution thereof by HeyMax, including without limitation those arising from breach of applicable law, intellectual property or privacy rights, or any failure to comply with applicable advertising standards and disclosure requirements. This obligation shall survive the termination or expiry of the Program.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from the Program will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

HeyMax may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to registered participants via email or in-app notification. Continued participation in the Program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
