You can delete your HeyMax account yourself, either in the HeyMax app or on the web. Deleting your account is permanent and can't be undone.
Delete your account in the app
Open the HeyMax app and tap the profile icon at the bottom right.
Under Settings, tap Update account details.
On the Account Details screen, tap the trash can icon at the top right.
Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm.
Delete your account on the web
Log in at heymax.ai using the same login as the app.
Open your account page and scroll down to the Settings section.
Click Delete account.
Read the Deleting your account is permanent message, then click Delete Account to confirm.
Before you delete your account
Deleting your account permanently removes all your data and your access to HeyMax services.
Please note that deleting your account is permanent, it can't be recovered.
Any miles or pending rewards on the account will be lost, and this can't be undone.
Can't find the delete option?
If you can't see the delete option in the app or on the web, contact our support team through Settings > Contact Support and we'll help you out.
Not using your account? Inactive accounts are also deleted automatically after 12 months. See Deletion of inactive accounts for details.
