If your Accor (ALL) membership number has changed due to a status upgrade or downgrade, your Max Miles transfer may fail. Contact our support team with your updated membership number and we'll resolve it within 1 business day.
Why did my Accor membership number change?
Accor (ALL — Accor Live Limitless) updates your membership number when your status tier changes — for example, moving from Silver to Classic, or Classic to Gold. This is normal Accor behaviour.
Specifically, two digits in your membership number change:
The 7th digit reflects your current status tier (e.g. 1 = Classic, 2 = Silver, 3 = Gold, 4 = Platinum)
The last digit is a check digit that automatically recalculates
All other digits stay the same — it's still the same Accor account.
How does this affect my Max Miles transfers?
When you first transfer Max Miles to Accor, HeyMax saves your membership number so you don't have to re-enter it each time. If Accor later updates your number due to a status change, the saved number becomes outdated and your next transfer will fail.

My transfer failed but my membership number hasn't changed, what's wrong?
My transfer failed but my membership number hasn't changed, what's wrong?
If your membership number is correct and your transfer still fails, the issue may be unrelated to a status change. Please contact support with your transaction details and we'll investigate. Occasional partner system outages can also cause temporary transfer failures, retrying after a few hours often resolves these.
