Yes, as many times as you like, provided you have sufficient Miles.

Do MTR Points expire?
HeyMax imposes no additional expiry. Check MTR Mobile for their standard validity terms.
What can MTR Points be used for?
MTR rides, MTR Malls eVouchers, station shop vouchers, merchant vouchers, and MTR souvenirs — all redeemable in the MTR Mobile app.
What if my code doesn't work?
Contact HeyMax support (in-app) for code issues, or MTR Mobile customer service (2993 4375) for points crediting issues.

3. Redemption Codes
Codes are unique, single-use, and non-transferable. They cannot be exchanged for cash. HeyMax is not liable for lost or misused codes once displayed.
4. MTR Points Usage Points are subject to MTR's Points Promotion Programme terms and can be redeemed for MTR rides, mall/station eVouchers, merchant vouchers, and souvenirs via MTR Mobile. MTR may amend redemption options.
5. General
No expiry — HeyMax imposes no additional expiry on converted MTR Points. Refer to MTR Mobile for standard validity terms.
No reversals — Conversions are final once confirmed.
Disputes — Miles/code issues: contact HeyMax in-app support. Points crediting issues: contact MTR customer service.
Privacy — HeyMax does not share personal data with MTR. Codes are anonymous and handled per HeyMax's Privacy Policy.
Amendments — HeyMax may modify or discontinue this feature at any time with reasonable advance notice via in-app or push notification.
