Yes. Bonus AirAsia points are awarded first-come-first-served from a shared pool of 10,000,000 bonus points across all AirAsia rewards conversion partners.

Once the pool is used up, no further bonus points will be awarded, even if you meet all the requirements.

No. You can only receive this bonus once: the first time you ever convert points into AirAsia points. If you make multiple conversions during the campaign period, only your first eligible conversion counts. Later conversions during the period don't earn a second bonus.

Bonus AirAsia points are credited to your AirAsia rewards account within 45 working days after the campaign ends on 31 August 2026, as long as:

1.1 The 8.8 New Converter Campaign ("Campaign") is organised by BIGLIFE Sdn. Bhd. ("Organiser"), operator of AirAsia rewards.

1.2 HeyMax Singapore and HeyMax Hong Kong are two of many Participating Conversion Partners for this Campaign. Other partners and regions are covered by the Organiser's full published Campaign terms.

2.1 The Campaign runs from 00:00 (GMT+8) on 1 August 2026 to 00:00 (GMT+8) on 31 August 2026 ("Campaign Period").

2.2 The Organiser may amend, extend, or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice or liability to participants.

3.1 You must be a HeyMax Singapore or HeyMax Hong Kong member, and hold or sign up for an AirAsia rewards membership through the AirAsia MOVE app or website before converting your Max Miles.

3.2 AirAsia rewards memberships created after the Campaign Period do not qualify for this Campaign's bonus.

3.3 Your AirAsia rewards account location, as detected by IP address, must be in an eligible region. The Campaign runs globally.

4.1 "New Converter" means a Participant who has never previously converted points into AirAsia points, from any source or conversion partner, before their first conversion during the Campaign Period.

4.2 You must convert Max Miles to AirAsia points for the very first time during the Campaign Period, resulting in at least 5,000 AirAsia points, to qualify for the bonus.

4.3 If you convert your AirAsia points back into Max Miles, or into any other partner's points, during the Campaign Period, you will be disqualified from the Campaign entirely.

4.4 You may make multiple conversions during the Campaign Period, but only your first eligible conversion qualifies for the bonus; any subsequent conversions do not.

5.1 Eligible conversions receive a 100% bonus, doubling the AirAsia points earned from that conversion.

Example: Transferring 4,167 Max Miles converts to 5,000 AirAsia points, plus 5,000 bonus AirAsia points, for 10,000 AirAsia points total. Transferring 1,000 Max Miles converts to 1,200 AirAsia points, which earns 0 bonus points, since it's below the 5,000 minimum.

5.2 Bonus AirAsia points are limited to a shared pool of 10,000,000 points across all Participating Conversion Partners, awarded first-come-first-served.

5.3 Bonus AirAsia points are credited within 45 working days after the Campaign Period ends, excluding invalid, cancelled, or exchanged conversions.

5.4 Bonus AirAsia points earned in this Campaign expire 6 months after being credited, regardless of the standard validity period for regular AirAsia points.

6.1 This Campaign is also governed by AirAsia rewards' General Terms and Conditions, available on the AirAsia MOVE platform. Where these Campaign terms conflict with the General Terms and Conditions, these Campaign terms prevail.

6.2 These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Malaysia.

7.1 Participants who fail to meet the Campaign requirements, or who attempt to reconvert AirAsia points back to Max Miles or other partner points during the Campaign Period, will be disqualified without further notice.

7.2 The Organiser reserves the right to withhold or reclaim bonus AirAsia points from conversions found to be invalid, fraudulent, or in breach of these terms.
